We were quite nervous about this work given the impact it would have on the house, but we had nothing to worry about. Rockwarm staff were brilliant from start to finish, very professional and the crew who worked on it were friendly and considerate despite travelling over an hour each way every day. The office staff gave exceptional customer service, with regular updates on progress and next steps throughout the whole process, no question was ever too much trouble. Rockwarm communicated and worked with the window company we had also commissioned to replace all windows to ensure a top quality finish and look. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rockwarm for external wall insulation to anyone and have done so already to a few people in our local area.

When I first heard about the recent Government Green Homes Grant Scheme, I contacted Rockwarm straight away. They are known within my local area and they were the first company that came to mind to discuss external insulation on our property.

After making contact via the form on their website, I was called by Jonathan the very next day and due to them becoming extremely busy in light of the Government Grant, after discussing the details with him, I opted to pay a deposit and have the work done by them.

I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with such significant work being done on our property. From start to finish, Rockwarm were professional, courteous and so efficient. The office (wonderful staff) processed our grant application directly and we were informed of every single step.

Contractors, from the scaffolders to the house insulators, were wonderfully efficient. We were never really left wondering what was going on. The service was streamlined and every aspect was well organised and teams liaised well with each other.

Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional. I am a huge advocate for good customer services and Rockwarm did not disappoint at all. They have been one of the most professional companies I have dealt with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Snapped all the brackets holding pipes on the wall instead of removing properly. Insulated over the top of vent from bathroom. Put alarm sounder back on wall on the slant. Extended bathroom waste pipe with 3 separate scrap bits of pipe, which separated behind the bath and water went through ceiling down stairs. Special bolts that they supply for fix anything to the insulation were just plasterboard fixings. GO Elsewhere!!!
