"Rollerdoors.net" acted in a transparent and efficient manner from the moment I first approached the company in March 2023. Their subsequent quote was reasonable and the two men who installed the door were pleasant, hardworking, and showed me how to maintain the door to avoid future problems. The door looked great and it operated well.

We had surveys done (and received quotes from) four other rollerdoor installation companies and were appalled to find that there are some rollerdoor "alligators" out there, who gave us ridiculously high quotes. So people should be cautious. We recommend "Rollerdoors.net".

The rep at "Rollerdoors.net" who arranged for the survey and the installation was Lewis Cartwright. His father did the survey, and Lewis subsequently gave us the quote. "Rollerdoors.net" is the web-name of "Press & Pass Ltd".

Update of 6 September 2023:

On Friday evening 18 August 2023, five months after the above installation, the rollerdoor abruptly stopped working while the door was down, and because the manual over-ride wouldn’t engage with the turning mechanism our car was trapped inside our garage. I immediately emailed a report to Lewis, and the following Monday morning Lewis advised that a repairer could visit two days later (Wednesday morning). After the repairer, Jamie, had inspected the door he said that "the springs" clasping the door to the barrel had broken, and that they usually only break if the door strikes an obstruction (which certainly never happened in our case) or if "the motor limits" "lose their adjustment". Jamie showed me that all of the octagonal plastic "rings" which encircle the central roller had cracked. I have one of them still and it is made of a brittle plastic.
Jamie replaced these broken items with a better kind which he said are not likely to break. I did not see them unfortunately, and I hope they are made of something sturdy and long-lasting.

We are pensioners living in a remote location who need to be certain our car is always accessible in case of an emergency, so as the door cost us just over £2,000, we feel there certainly shouldn’t be any further problem with it - especially considering that a new washing-machine, for example, which is a vastly more intricate machine and which "only" costs about £500, in our experience usually runs without a fault for well over a decade before it needs a repair or it needs to be replaced.

So we continue to treat the rollerdoor with the utmost care and dearly hope that it will provide no further problems.

Great customer service beforehand helping to explain measurement requirements. Door was delivered ahead of schedule. Video guides were incredibly useful and the door was fitted within a couple of hours including wiring.

A great company to deal with, from ordering to delivery everything ran smoothly. The roller doors are of very good quality and with the aid of watching the online video’s I was easily able to fit these myself.

Fantastic people to deal with, Spoke to Lewis on the phone who guided me though the sizing for what I needed and nothing was to much trouble. Great quality doors at a very competitive price. Very happy with the service and quality of the door. If I had a complaint, it would be regarding the installation instructions. We were given a video link which we watched multiple times to make sure we'd taken in the details, however, there are certain aspects of the fitting that it critically missed out, so we found ourselves having to refit the door to get the motor to fully retract the door properly. Clearer instructions would definitely be a blessing. Having fitted one now, I'm pretty sure we could do another in an hour or so.

I needed a door in a hurry and to install myself in the Outer Hebrides. Super fast made to measure order (under a week in my case) and all arrived perfectly as described. Instructions were great, especially the online videos. I had a tricky bit and called and in thirty seconds understood what I’d done incorrectly. I love the roller door and it has made life a lot easier! No more lifting an up and over. Really good customer focussed company. 10/10.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We had several quotes from the seemingly ‘favoured internet competitors’ but Lewis and his team were absolutely the best choice! From my first contact there was nothing but support and zero pressure even with all of the email queries I bombarded them with! Pricing wise they beat everyone hands down (saving us over £3,000!) but more impressively the quality was untouchable. Keen to get the most for our money, I actually sat and matched all of the components used when comparing quotes and found that the exact same products were coming in thousands of pounds more expensive from other companies! There was no pressure for extras or fittings and Lewis even advised us which extras we had chosen but didn’t really need saving us even more. We chose to self install and even when we ran into trouble Lewis sent out an engineer to help at zero cost to us! The door is beautiful and works perfectly - we would recommend Lewis and his team to everyone. If you want excellent quality and superb customer service at the lowest price around then you know where to go!

On installation day the engineers phoned to say they would be a few minutes late,which is understandable with the local traffic.On their arrival it was an immediate start and each of the engineers was aware on which job was theirs's.The installation of both doors progressed rapidly,I could see that they were competent at installing the doors. They swept up and then gave me demonstration of the internal controls,the fobs and the manual over ride system. I could not be more pleased with this company from quotation to installation. This is an excellent company to deal with.My apologies to RoolerDoors.net,I was so keen to give my comments I failed to give the correct 5stars

Ordered a 4.3m Tiger Roller Door. Customer service and fitting excellent. Door very good quality. Installers did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

Great quality double roller door, at a great price, with efficient delivery, and easy to follow guides on the website for fitting them yourself.

The garage door is very high quality, the website has clear and straight forward video's showing the procedure of correct and secure fitment. The wiring was also easy, with simple and clear instructions also. The service provided by this company is very good and are happy to help. I had a question about a feature and they were more than helpful and clear with what I was asking. I would definitely buy from them again.

The company provided good technical help when I enquired about the doors. I needed the doors quickly and Rollerdoors delivered them ahead of schedule. Really happy with the doors, they are well made, easy to fit and good aesthetics. The aluminium insulated doors are quiet in operation, no rattling or grinding like you get with single leaf steel shutters. Highly recommended.
