Delighted with my roller door, personally collected from the factory and was super impressed with the facility, installation was simple, as was the set-up of limits. Online videos were ideal to keep me on the right track. Fantastic after care with factory phoning to enquire on how my install went. Highly recommend

Review of West Coast Harley-Davidson
Phoned several times to request urgent parts for my XL iron, left my number 3 times for a callback, no callback and cutoff umpteen times.
Went elsewhere in the end and ordered my parts online for next-day delivery, no way to run a business, shocking customer service!!

Hi Jason, we have just picked up your review and cannot apologise enough for the issues you had in April. We have had long term problems with our phone lines which has caused many calls to cut off, which we can understand is infuriating. However, that doesn't excuse not hearing back from anyone and we can assure you this is not what you can ordinarily expect from West Coast H-D.

The worst service in the country, the UK be aware, do not order from this company, they are a scam advertising falsely. 100% avoid, zero after-sales when your parts don't arrive!! £300 with no number to call! Avoid avoid avoid!
Now 15 days since my order went in with no delivery. Absolutely the most ridiculous service I have ever come across considering the parts were advertised in stock with 3-day delivery.
