Overall excellent service. Fitters got straight on with the task in hand. Installed the door expertly in no time at all. Very Pleased with the job and even took away my old door and frame.
Completely satisfied with the door and the demo of the remote and key working.

I'm very happy with the garage door, however the fitting date was cancelled on three occasions. This was due to problems with the delivery of parts.

Paul and his son arrived to fit the new roller shutter door and what a great job they did transformed the garage inside and out.

A few weeks ago, I requested a quote from the company that installed my garage door to replace 10 slats. Unfortunately, after scheduling a time for the replacement, no one showed up. When I called them, they told me they hadn’t received the slats but never bothered to inform me. After this, I arranged another appointment, about four weeks later, and again, nobody came, and I wasn’t notified.
After making several calls, the person I spoke with pretended not to hear me and asked me to send an email instead. Later, they stopped answering my calls altogether. It’s clear that this company is solely focused on profit, has no interest in small jobs, offers no after-sales care, and ignores customers. I do not recommend this company.

Only slight issue was the safety edge being on back order, but they apologised and are returning to fit as soon as they have it (the service has been great so not marking them down on this).

I'm writing this review on 4 October but my experience started at the end of July. My neighbour had a Rollright door so I decided to have one too. The fitting team came round and gave me a written quote on the spot but didn't have a rosewood sample to confirm that it would match my doors and windows. The fitter wrote on the quote sheet for a sample to be sent out. 12 August, nothing had materialised. Emailed Rollright and their sales manager told me that they were waiting for rosewood to come into stock, but would still send out a sample if I was happy to wait. I agreed but no sample arrived. 2 September and I chased again and was told "I will get another sample sent out". Again no sample so I provided a work address. No sample. Fast forward to October and many many follow up calls and chats with their website help desk and this morning I was told "I'm outside. I'll go in the office and message you the tracking information for your sample". Nothing happened and the Sales manager doesn't now answer his phone. All I can say is Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Great product, easy install, hassle free. Looks great, easy to use, good customer service!

Update: Emailed several times asking for updates, refund on product not provided etc. And got nothing, now looking to seek legal action as having no luck at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Edit: This has now been on-going for 8 months. The safety edge is still not fitted which was a key feature I wanted. Poor comms, at this point I wish I had gone with one the many competitors.

At this point I would avoid and look elsewhere to get a complete product installed at the start.

Bryn the fitter came out to do the survey, gave us a price and fitting date. He turned up on time and did a great job of fitting our door. The door looks great and is excellent quality. We would not hesitate to recommend Roll Right.

Very happy with the door, it looks great and was very well installed.

Excellent product and workmanship
Their fitter worked through some issues
but completed the install, fully cleaned the door and work area, and took the old door away.

Arrived on time (in fact a little earlier). Nice guy. Fitting done in the time they said and I'm really pleased with the finished product. I'd definitely recommend Roll Right.
