Excellent price. Quick fitting time and excellent installation

I have deleted my previous 5* review from March last year.
This company are just simply not interested in you as a customer after the installation.
One of my garage doors blew off, back in January, in the wind, clean off. Naturally I went back to the company that fitted them in the hope of a swift and simple repair.
I was told to send photos of the damage via email, which I did, no one at roll right acknowledged my email, so I phoned them to be told they had actually received the photos and they would need to raise a job card. I waited, no response, so I called again to be told they were waiting on the door colour to come in stock. Again I waited, no response, I phoned again for an update to be told March would be the time that something( what I’m not sure) would be happening. I waited, again, no update. I phoned them again for an update, and I asked for clarification that the repair was something they could actually do because it didn’t seem like they wanted to. I was told yes they could do it, I was asked again what the issue was and that they would need to send someone to measure up, but first they had to look back at the emails I had sent them?! Still nothing.
To add insult to injury on the Facebook page you have a post stating that you do repairs! Also reading the replies from this company in response to negative reviews, stating they are a small, family run business that prides themselves on customer service! Absolutely infuriating! It’s completely obvious via the lack of communication, that you do not treat your customers in the way a small, family run business should. At least have the decency to tell your customers, who have previously handed over a good amount of money to your company, that you are not interested in doing a repair. Or as your responses to reviews state, supply issues.

Let down by lack of after sales service. Despite the website saying they do repairs. They had little interest in completing one. Failed to show up twice.

Great job, The guys installed in less than 2 hours. Looks so much better now. They where also very polite and got rid of existing garage door. The garage was also left in tidy state afterwards.

Firstly fitting was not as discussed, the runners were not fitted in the position the person who came to do the quote agreed.

The finish of the fitting was poor. No sealant around the door, daylight visible on sides and rubber seal on the floor too small to meet the ground. Metal lintel above garage exposed and not finished off.

A discount was agreed prior to fitting, but forgotten about when the invoice was sent.

The product does NOT match the claims on the marketing material.
It is not insulating due to massive gaps.
It is not quiet, in fact the motor is very loud.
It is not reliable.

Within 18 months the remotes have stopped working twice. I managed to fix this myself but had to take the control unit apart as Roll Right wouldn't help just told me to change the battery over and over again.

Then I wanted them to come and do a repair. They literally LIED on the phone to me numerous times. The fitters on his way they claimed, never showed up. Failed to ring back multiple times. Excuse after excuse. We can't get the slats, the call cut out. Send an email and I'll get back to you. I rang them over 25 times to get an appointment.

They then failed to attend appointments TWICE! Forgot to write in in the diary. It wasn't added to my diary until today. Eventually turned up and said they'd brought the wrong slats.

Sadly if the company continues in the way in is currently doing business, it won't be around much longer.

I can assure you this review and the other negative reviews are true. They're happy to take your money, fit an average product and disappear and offer no after sales support.

Fab job, recommended by a family member

There was a delay to the original fitting day but once fitted over the moon with both service & Qaulity of the door Bryn & Josh where fantastic .And they agreed a small discount which made me even happier thanks

I used Roll Right years ago when they first opened and was very impressed so I invited them to quote at my new home. They gave me a quotation which I agreed and a date of 30th December. They told me I would hear from the office to confirm and that they might give a discount as I was having 2 doors done but one is small, I never heard, so I emailed them and they confirmed the date but seemed annoyed that I asked about the discount (even though it was them who offered it).
Come the 30th I thought they were running late so had to cancel an appointment or there would have been no-one home but they never turned up. I got through on the phone for them to say the saw broke (the same week that I emailed to confirm) so they were not coming. I asked why I didn't get a call, message or email to be told I must have 'slipped through the net'.
I re-arranged for today despite the lack of communication because of how impressed I was years ago and at the end of the day a working garage door what what I wanted. I was told they would be here today at 8am so I don't need to cancel any appointments (I am self employed) but I blocked an admin morning in my diary because I didn't trust the communication. Again they never turned up, this time when I called and left voicemails no answer. So I called off of my work number and they answered but said they have no idea why no-one turned up and would call me back. They did not call me back and are now ignoring my calls again.
Avoid them, such a shame a company who once cared about its customers is now lacking so much in customer service. It has cost me time and money. I booked this 1st December because my garage door is leaking and damaging things in there. Now I have to start the process again with another company. I also notice on trust pilot today that someone else has pretty much said they did similar to them too

Garage door lasted 2 years with minimal use before breaking down…. Contacted Rollright (Josh Cust)on several occasions but they clearly want nothing to do with it…. Very poor after sales service…. Would not recommend this company purely on lack of after sale.

Supposed to fit my roller garage door today, after having waited a month from them coming,quote measurements etc, not turned up, no phone call, nothing, total waste of time ¡

Oct 2024 Survey, order and installation completed in 3 weeks. The new garage door looks fantastic and we’re really pleased with the service from start to finish. Installation by Paul was top class, left site clean and even disposed of the old garage doors. No hesitation in recommending Roll Right Ltd.

Had an emergency with my electric garage door and Steve came out straightway and found a solution to get the door up without any damage and fixed the issue to prevent it happening again. Really polite and first class communication and service. I would highly recommend this company.

Communication was excellent throughout, very fast service ( around 3 weeks), The fitters turned up on time and were friendly and professional. Paul made sure we understood how the shutter works before he left.

Paul and Levi made an excellent job of fitting my new garage door. I was kept informed of arrival times and they worked in a clean and tidy manner.I cannot praise both the product and the fitters highly enough.

I am thrilled with my new door it is going to make life much easier for me no hassle getting in and out of garage, it has been terrible not being able to lock door, and it looks beautiful
