BUYERS BEWARE!! Fake Products Made Of Toxic Plastic

The company falsely advertised Rieker brand boots and then after months of playing email tag, send garbage. The "knock offs" are cheap toxic plastic boots and they look nothing like the advertised boots. They ask you to return them and pay the huge shipping cost (nonrefundable) which they even state in the email, and offer a $3, 4 or 5 thanks for being a sucker prize. Then tell you if they decide to honor the return it will take a very long time. They have several other puppet companies and Facebook will not remove the fake pages even after dozens of reports by users for it being a scam company. Trying to get your money back from PayPal is like squeezing blood from a stone. Why? Because it's a China based company and PayPal would basically get stuck paying you without getting reimbursed. Your own bank may not even refund you for the very reason. All in all my opinion is that China shouldn't be allowed to do business in the US.

DO NOT BUY!!!

The worse experience I’ve ever had online! DO NOT BUY from them. They use photos of the real boot companies and what they send (if ever received) is garbage. Plus they only claim a few dollars in the shipment to avoid paying proper tariff fees.

I'd Give 0 stars if it were an option

I'd Give 0 stars if it were an option! The boots were shipped from China in a plastic bag. There is glue all over them and Black stain marks. When I contacted customer service they told me I was responsible to ship them back to China! It has been 2 weeks of back-and-forth on emails with customer service who refuses to refund my money. Additionally The boots are of poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures. Do not buy anything from this company.

false advertising

Boots ordered are nothing like picture when they arrived. RollyChic says ones arrived are the actual? So ugly I’m throwing away. They won’t give return address and took 2 months to get. Scam.
Ps. I’m trying to add picture of boots I received but site is not letting me

I do not even want to give it one star

I do not even want to give it one star!

I have never in my life seen such garbage as the crap that was finally sent to me! Cheap, thin vinyl that is not even sewn down at the seams, and hard, slick plastic soles that are glued to the vinyl. When I opened the plastic wrapping that they were mailed out in, the smell nearly knocked me over it was so bad! They charged me $44.00 and when I complained to the company, they sent me a simpering email back saying that they were sorry I was not satisfied...and offered me $5.00 on a gift card to use there in their crappy shop??? Then they offered $8.00....but it has to be spent on their trash in their store???
Avoid this place with all of your might!

Add me to the ripped off by Rolllychic club.

Add mine to the same as everyone else. This scam company needs to be prosecuted. Same as everyone else, I waited 2 months for these to arrive, after emailing them a few times that I wanted a refund and would report them for stealing my money and not sending the product. I finally received notice in the shipping tracker tool today that the package was delivered to my mailbox. Odd, I thought, for boots to be in my small mailbox. Sure enough, there they were, rolled up into a plastic shipping bag. The same smelly, cheap plastic glued to a treadless sole "boots". This is the worst possible quality you could imagine, they VAGUELY resemble the style in the photos - and thats where it ends. Everything else about them is falsely advertised and a complete scam. These are completely useless garbage accept to teach me a lesson about shopping online. I will be asking my credit card company to reverse the charges. Fingers crossed...

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. It took 6 weeks for me to get my boots and when I got them, they don't even look like the picture or fit my fat calves. It took a week to even get a response back from them saying that was the product I ordered and then another week to be told that if they do not fit me (because they do not fit) that I could give them as a gift to a friend. Or they could refund me 5USD!!! FIVE US DOLLARS!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THEY COST ME OVER 30!!! WTH!!!

scam. Beware!!!

Wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. These boots are nothing like what they advertise. Ask for refund and they offer $5 gift certificate like I would ever buy from them again. The only place these boots are good for is in the trash. Don’t get duped like I did.

DON'T ORDER FROM ROLLYCHIC!!

I ordered a pair of boots from Rollychic & they're the absolute WORST BOOTS EVER!! I ordered them on 10/20/19 & got them on 12/23/19. They look nothing like the pictures, they have no tread so they're useless on snow & ice, they fit my feet but not my calf, only zipping to the ankle. DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM, THE BOOTS THEY SELL ARE PURE GARBAGE!! I donated mine because they're not worth the cost to return them. After more than 25 back & forth emails about the long delays in shipping, I have no delusions that I would ever get a refund. BTW, I got some really nice, well-made boots from Walmart for $10 less than I paid for these horrible boots!!

Don’t do it!!

Like other reviews these boots are nothing like the ad shows. They took two months to arrive and, because I’m a slow learner, I ordered two pair. They were rolled up and crammed into a bag. Even if I wanted to wear them I couldn’t because there are creases in the toe box, from being rolled up, that will never come out. They offered me a $3 gift card, that doesn’t even cover the shipping I paid. So not only did I not get the product I wanted, I was insulted in the process. I have officially learned my lesson on purchases from China.

Do not purchase any products from this…

Do not purchase any products from this company. Their products take 6 to 8 weeks to get to you and then you will be completely disappointed. The items they advertise look nothing like the item that you have purchased. My boots look nothing like their ad. I wanted a refund and I stead they offered my a $3 gift card. The boots are plastic and as I said previously look nothing like what I thought I ordered.

Worse experience ordering online I've…

Worse experience ordering online I've ever had!! I had to email multiple times for them to send the boots I ordered. I also asked for a refund 3 times before they shipped and they refused and sent them anyway. They claimed they paid for expedited shipping many times which was a lie. When I received the boots they had a horrid smell and they were the worse quality I've ever seen. Nothing like the boots I order. I asked again for a refund and they asked if a $3 giftcard for their website was okay. Such a joke !!!!!!

I wish I could post a ZERO star review!

I wish I could post a ZERO star review!
This company are sending out cheap, plastic imitation goods, which don't compare much to the real thing!
Because they're not dirt cheap (about 50% of genuine RRP) you don't consider the "too good to be true" warning.
They will not refund your money and tell you to gift them to a friend rather than post them back!
Don't waste your money!!

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. Bought these boots a month ago, just got them today. These boots looked amazing in the photo. When I received them they looked so cheap and ugly. I through away 45.00 for these ugly boots that are now in the trash.
