They dont even earn a 1 star, 3 months to get here, they are Cheap, stinking nasty smelling ugly boots dont even look like the photo..did I mention they stink.. do not buy. I am letting pay pal know that misrepresentation of product. They are gross. I am sorry I never fell for it..

OMG every last person has the same complaint. This is ridiculous! I think the boots (1 of 3) they sent me were made that day and shipped the next day and they are making the remaining 2 pair. I am definitely contacting my credit card company to file a dispute for the charge. These boots are so bad I don't want to give them away let alone donate them. Why would a company do something like this? Sooooo disappointed.

TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered a size larger than normal since I have experience that the Asian manufacturers tend to run small and I was going to be wearing heavy, thick socks with the boots. I ordered an 8, and I normally wear a 7. Couldn't even get my foot into these boots they were so small. No-hassle refund is a complete scam. They offered me a $3 gift card if I would keep the boots and give them as a gift. RIDICULOUS!!!

Please please read all of these reviews on RollyChic they send you the worst knock-offs from what they picture. They are not at all what you actually receive. I too emailed them several times and they will only offer you $5-$7.00 gift cards for their website. There is NO way I would ever order another item from them. I went through PayPal and you can get your money back which I spent $43.98 but they said you need to return the crap boots. So I stopped at the post office to shop back for the 1 pound that these disgusting boots actually weigh it will cost $55.00 to send back since you have to have a tracking number all the way back to the sender and not just to customs. RollyChic should be ashamed of themselves they are not and I stress NOT a reputable “company”!!!!

Don’t be suckered in with the picture of what you think you are buying!!! Don’t buy anything from them!!!!

This company is absolutely disgusting! I echo every review here... Product is junk, they steal your money, and won't honor their return policy. The shoes I received were damaged and they still wouldn't honor the return policy!

Save yourself the aggravation and just flush your money down the toilet instead!

I wish i could give them zero stars. The most awful experience and i wish we could put this out there. I wish I read the reviews before I bought these. As I’m reading these reviews it is the same, they offer $2 gift cards and refuse to return the money. Ok i will send them back because they are laughable. If i made a pair of shoes, this is what they would look like. I am going to let everyone i can know not to buy from them. $70 for what?!!

OMG...after waiting for at least 2 months these boots are VERY CHEAP! The picture shows a sole with sticking all around the foot. The ones I received do NOT! They have NO support for your foot. UGH, I should know better. But their pictures look so nice and 2 tone. The ones I received are pleather and feel like you leg and foot are being wrapped in plastic. I will be sending these back.. Very, very disappointed.

Do not order from this company. Its a joke. Ordered boots as a Christmas present. 2 months to get,not what I ordered, Different than the picture. Refuse to send return authorization, offered me $ 3.00 gift card. Waste of money. Email responses were poorly written. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Received my boots and was very very upset !! They were a Birthday present for my niece. Full of chemical smells in a plastic bag !! Never order anything from this company!! It took three months to get here from China !! I emailed them 4 times and each time they would answer , “Can you just wait a few more days Friend ?” It is a scam !! So disappointed!!

Terrible awful company to deal with stay well away, you would be better burning your money than buy anything from them.

I ordered boots that didn't look like anything near what their picture showed. Come to find out they tried to copy Reiker Brand boots that cost more than $100.00. My order took 2 months to get to me. They were squashed up in a bag, they stunk like toxic fumes, they had glue all over them, and looked nothing like the picture did that I ordered from. I asked for a refund through them and that didn't work so I went through Pay Pal. I could get a refund if I sent them back, which I did and it ended up costing me $23.00 which made me lose $20.00, I had paid $43.00 total with shipping. What a JOKE. You people should be ashamed of what you are doing to others. We the people who ordered from you, trusted you......

On 10/23/2019..I ordered the knee high cowgirl boots for 80% off..Total with tax pd thru PayPal.. soon 12/30/2019..I rcvd a small package smelled of chemicals with a pair of plastic Halloween costume like boots rolled up and had rubberband holding them together...
I immediately sent a dispute email to the address on my paypal account...PP.CS@ OUTLOOK.COM.stating my dissatisfaction and want my money refunded. Pla advise if there us a way I can attach a picture as proof.

I ordered my boots October 28th to find out within 2 weeks I was being scammed by Rollychic. I emailed over and over asking for a refund because I started seeing pictures of what they was shipping out. I paid with PayPal and let’s just say they are in it together because I got no help from them in getting my money back. Boots arrived and before I even opened the “BAG” no box! I could smell the toxic chemicals. Once I did open the bag not only was I having a problem breathing but so was my dog. She started vomiting over the toxic fumes. I have send 20 plus pictures to Rollychic and PayPal showing what I received and what was advertised that I didn’t get. It’s been a none ending cycle with PayPal and being directed to different departments and as of today still no refund and was told to go to the legal Department now. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THE STRESS OF ORDERING THESE BOOTS BECAUSE I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT THEY HAVE ADVERTISED. The words the PayPal uses in emails are so similar to the Rollychic that I have now come to realize that PayPal is in on this scam too. My last email from PayPal ask me to not worry about the merchants credibility! That speaks volumes to me.

believe all these reviews, they are awful, toxic smelling, cheap, bent from shipping in a plastic bag, and unwearable! I'm SO disgusted. Over 2 months I waited, paid USD as a Canadian!!! So ripped off!

Don't even bother ordering their boots! They are junk and they stink. I was so disappointed when I received them and contacted them to let them know that they weren't at all like they were shown in the picture. They will not let me return them on the grounds that they are flimsy and cheap! I will never order anything from them again.

After waiting two months to receive the boots I ordered I can honestly say they are awful. There is a big white flaw on the front of the right boot, the toe on the left boot is crushed, and I was not able to zip the right boot up completely because of the poor manufacturing quality of the boots. They look nothing like the boots described or pictured on their site.
When I emailed them to say I would be returning the boots, they suggested I give them to a friend or loved one... really!? I wouldn't give them to my worst enemy!
Oh, then they offered me a $3.00 gift card. So I guess they think their product is only worth $3.00. What a joke! Buyer beware, take your money and spend it in your own community, don't give it to this rip off company.

Zero stars from me! Order boots omg they were awful! Were such poor quality...they looked only similar to what I ordered....i asked for either the boots I ordered or my money back....they offered me a $4 gift card...no I said...then offered $6 gift card...i again said no...offered $8...I said no...stilling on a response...do not order from these people
