Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Nalam in the sales office was super helpful, I had a lot of questions and she was great getting back to me so quickly all the time. The gents who delivered were also really friendly and professional, and helped us with how the basics worked. Would definitely recommend!

From contact to installation, cannot fault Roman Spas. Nalam discussed the options for Hot Tubs and the pros and cons for each, made me think of options I hadn't thought of and overall provided the best customer service support/experience I have ever had!

Delivery was made by Damien and Frank early in the morning who got the tub installed and set up in time for us to use it that evening - and the the tub is just perfect. They discussed how to care for the water and use of chemicals to keep it tip-top condition and the Team are on hand with any questions.

Everything from start to finish was spot-on. I know others have given great reviews and they are very much deserved. Can totally recommend that if you are thinking of getting a Hot Tub, then talk to Nalam for some expert advice and start enjoying a bit of luxury and self-indulgence.

We purchased the Apollo while it was on offer, great price, great hot tub. Nalam was really helpful and great communication through out. Damian and Frank were really helpful and efficient delivering it. Highly recommend.

From the first contact through to delivery and installation Roman Spas have been fantastic. We never felt pressured into buying our hot tub. Nalam consulted and recommended the ideal hot tub for us and she wasn't wrong. It is superb. Alex and Ben the delivery team couldn't do enough for us. They didn't leave until we assured them we were completely satisfied. We unfortunately had a leak from the tub after they left but one phone call to the office and Alex was back within an hour and resolved the issue. He also stayed for a further hour to make sure the hot tub was up and running for us. Fantastic all round service and we would highly recommend Roman Spas to anyone thinking about getting a hot tub.

New Hot Tub Spa delivered & fitted by Damien & Dan today 4th April, arrived on stated time & manoeuvred it through my neighbours fence into the correct position explaining how to use it & all the chemicals + gave me details of their servicing agreement, very friendly & helpful, slight mark on one side but they got straight on the phone & ordered a replacement part. Great😁

Fabulous! From beginning to end the Team at Roman Spas have been fantastic. From the initial phone call they were informative and not pushy. They helped us make an informed decision that was right for us and our budget. The delivery team were efficient and practical and excellent at instructing of usage. Damien and Dan arrived first thing this morning to install are new hot tub . Totally totally professional friendly and so efficient . Went like clockwork all done and dusted by early afternoon . Explained all the dos and don't to us newbies lol a full runthru etc . Great couple of lads couldn't recommend them highly enough and indeed all at Roman Spas . Booked an annual service through Nalam, received an additional 12 month warranty and every aspect of the tub would be checked and cleaned. Damien has been this morning and carried out the service. Very helpful guy with some very useful tips on best practice to get the best out of the tub. All parts of the tub fully checked, water drained, proper clean carried out and refilled. Well worth the money, see you next year Damien, thanks for today.
