The Driver was late but did offer an apologue. The drive to the airport was present and the driver made good conversation. The vehicle was clean comfortable.

Highly recommended professional service
Our experience with Rome Transfer Services with Fabrizio coordinating was excellent! It was by far the best service that we used during our 10 day trip to Italy from the US. I spoke with Fabrizio directly and he went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 12 for 2 of 3 different transfers that we needed. His drivers were very friendly and fun and we all enjoyed our rides which were safe in vans in perfect condition (with excellent A/C!). No doubt that when we return to Italy in the future we will reach out to Fabrizio to book all of our transfers! I highly recommend their services!

Online booking procedure is very easy, they will send you the confirmation emails once it is confirmed. My driver EMILIANO picked us up from Rome airport to cruise port. He kept good communication with us since we landing, so we made it to the cruise port on time. He was very professional and friendly, thank you! It was very comfortable car for a family of 5 from America and they were waiting right at the cruise gate. We didn't realize how hard it would be to get us around with that family size. We had to get to the airport after getting off the cruise and this service gave us piece of mind to get there on time and not worry about train issues or pay for two taxis.
