Deceptive Pricing Practice
Removed a discount code and charged a higher price.
They were provided enough notice to handle the problem. (Contacted them within a minute of the wrong charge being processed and notified through my phone from CHASE).
In the future if they are going to deny a discount code available online, they would be advised to let the customer know before the code is removed and the CC is charged for a higher amount.
The next day. Despite a number of emails over 5 hours the following day, they still processed the order and now want money to return the products.
The company’s behavior was dishonest in this transaction.
Update: since the dispute and vendor reply, the merchandise was returned, shipping cost covered and a refund issued to the CC.

Stylish, well made and great fit garments
Only one downside is they use DHL for deliveries. Whole day delivery window (even Royal Mail can give a two hour slot), don’t show up when they say… please, please use DPD or another carrier for deliveries.

First, I have to say. I loved Ron Dorff clothes when the retailers in Dallas, Texas were selling them. But dealing now directly with Ron Dorff in Barcelona what an insult. I made a purchases of clothes I didn't need but they had buy one get one item for free. I'm not sure what happened but they sent me small. I would have never order small. Instead of admitting the error they blamed it on me and to rub salt into the wounds they took 17 euros from the order because I didn't check free returns. Why is running a business like that? Just replace the clothes with the correct size.

Usually good, but recently terrible
I have placed many orders with Ron Dorff and I have usually been happy with both the service and merchandise.
Recently, there has been a noticeable delay in processing returns. Until recently, these were swfit and pain-free. However, a recent return, for an item which the company itself sent out the wrong sized product, has been with them for three weeks with no resolution in sight.
I have contacted them twice and not been provided a firm date for processing the refund. They claim to provide a refund for all returns in "an estimated 5 working days". However, this is clearly not currently the case.
EDIT 18 September. Still no refund. Order number: 87853
EDIT 26 September. After updating this review the first time, they quickly realised their mistake and refunded the returned item. It is a shame writing a negative review was the only way to get Ron Dorff to react and rectify the situation.
