However when l phoned to see what chain l needed as a replacement the person who answered was totally rude he told me he doesn’t deal with that hung up and put me on hold but the young man who l was put through to was absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough absolute treasure to the company

Exceptional service
I ordered a Strimmer. It was the best price on the net. I had an email saying that due to the volume of orders, dispatches had been unavoidably delayed.
I phoned to either cancel or speed up the order because I was going away for the weekend on Friday and the Strimmer could potentially be sitting on my doorstep in the rain for 4 days. I phoned on Tuesday.
Whoever I spoke to was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure that dispatches were aware, it was given priority and would be sent the following morning by Fed Ex and arrive the day after on Thursday. It did. I was really impressed with the personal service I received. Thankyou
