Very good information and service - but...
Clear information about the machinery, on the telephone and when to expect delivery - which was actually a day earlier than the expected day. So Ron Smith seems a very good firm. However, Fed Ex was disappointing: we couldn't actually track the delivery in real time on line, delivery was made on a showery day, and the package left outside, not under cover, so it became wet. It seems that the FedEx driver didn't bother to come up the steps to ring the front door bell, so we didn't know that machine had arrived and couldn't put it under cover.

the stilh hedgetrimmer was delivered very quickly. the only problem was i didnt get confirmation after the order went through. Following day i had confirmation from the carrier Fed-Ex to say when it would be delivered.

Buying and delivery were straightforward. When we discovered we had purchased spare wheels unnecessarily, they responded quickly and without fuss. Companies prove themselves when things go wrong and Ron Smith definitely stepped up to the mark.
