We bought our roof light from Roof Maker through our builder back in 2019.
In 2023, the motor became faulty and we after much difficulty we finally got them to send out a new motor which we paid some £600 for. It was not a big enough motor and subsequently was incapable of powering the window open and closed.
We are now unable to even get the window open and despite frequent phone calls to customer service, they will not give us any information that might help us open the window to fix it.
Their customer service is appalling, they might be slightly cheaper than competitive products but trust me, it's not worth the saving!
