They did not respect the delivery date and there were delays.
Some products were missing, and the products that arrived were damaged.
They respond very slowly to emails.
I would never recommend this company.

ABYSMAL. Over 3 weeks and still not recieved roof sheets, Order promised today after 13 phone calls did not arrive. No emails ...nothing. Having to take out a section 75 with barclaycard.

I've been repeatedly hassled to give a review when my order won't be delivered for another 2 weeks, so not a great customer experience. No idea whether the products are any good yet.

The problem is not a stock issue.
I cancelled with Roofing megastore first. Not the carrier as stated. Check your phone records, after all, you do record them.
The delivery date was constantly changed by your carrier. You did little to rectify this.

I Ordered the below item on the 27th April 26 and the item arrived in around 3 -4 days which i was very pleased with. ( Hence 2 Stars Initially, now 1 due to your reply and deception)
When we checked the items everything seemed ok, however when we came to install the kit we found that 1.2mm EPDM sheet had been supplied when the website product specification states 2mm which is far more robust. As it was a Sunday 10th May (Weather Perfect) when we were supposed to install the company was closed so we registered a complaint by email and on Monday morning called Roofing Megastore and spoke to a Lady who didn't give Her name just Hello, we explained our problem and the Lady just told us they only do 1.2mm and 1.5mm not 2mm as stated on the website so there was nothing She was prepared to do to rectify the problem, I would have expected that as 2mm was stated that at the very least the 1.5mm would have been offered.
Further to this the Russ roof strip which the install instructions says should be fitted is not included in the Roof in a box Kit.
We have ended up fitting the 1.2mm kit as time at this stage would have been an issue as the rest of the roof was ready for being watertight.
The response was not what i expected from a reputable company and certainly not the offhand attitude we received when we called your company.

Been waiting 12 days for delivery and still don’t know when it’s arriving. No communication from mega store or their delivery team, I’ve had to do all the chasing. Will never use this company again

Terrible customer service. I'm chasing company for delivery date and every single time that promise to get back to me but never did. When we extend our order they make a mistake so we have to call them to corrected order. Very long waiting time when you call to customer service.

No delivery, no contact/ correspondence despite trying all avenues. There is no call handlers just a fake everyone is busy for hours even when they are closed. I am in the process of processing a charge back to my bank. Utterly disgusting service

I haven’t received my goods and heard nothing from Roofing Megastore

Ordered some roofing sheets, they were delivered by the manufacturer damaged, I would never have bought them had I known that DIY Megastore is a drop shipper.
Tried to contact them and the website was down, matter is still unresolved, horrible experience, will never use this shower again.

Advertise for supply in 3-7 working days placed order 14 days in advance of requirement and is still not delivered 17 days later and now told will be another 6 days This is the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with

Placed order weeks ago and still no delivery date confirmation!!
Would have expected goods within 7 working days.

The product is good quality and fairly easy to install, however the transport costs are expensive and I had to chase up the delivery several times.

My order did not arrive on date.
Can't phone office because they closed at 1.00. on a Friday. Unbelievable.
Delivery arrived four days later at eight o'clock am, without any notice, because of a bank holiday, more reasons it should have delivered on the Friday.
NO explanation or apologies.
Products as it should be, although I have not unpacked it.
Driver could not get to the delivery address because the road was to narrow, although similar lorries have delivered here.
I had to carry the items with the driver which were four metres long about 100 metres.
The driver was helpful .

Had an issue with my order but this was resolved and they were able to combine two orders into one so that the job could take place as scheduled. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. In terms of the delivery service it would ne great to have more specific dates and times so that you can plan more accurately. Great quality products.
