Great product , great value . Used cut to size service . Only negative was delivery took about 2 weeks . Initial estimate was 4 to 11 days but ended up being 14 , although this was over a bank holiday weekend period so could be forgiven . Called customer services when it was a day late , got told to expect delivery next day 8-6 , rang back after waiting in until 4pm and was told it was delayed again until next morning .

While I expect the product (coping stones) I've bought to fully meet my requirements, the delivery time of over one month is too long and the cost of delivery too high - approaching double the cost of the product!! Roofing megastore needs to review this.

Price was highly competitive, Delivery was fine at £30 to Scotland, fast turnaround, quality was fine, but i would go with thickest they have for the corrugated Bitchumen, don't get me wrong thinner one was fine too.

The website roof calculator made it very easy to know the quantity required, i could speak to a real person, for extra help. and delivery was about half the time, it initially predicted, so all in all, very happy

Goods were as described value for money did not see the delivery costs but as it was sheeting the cost was an expected addition

Prompt response, very competitive price and early delivery.
The soft bitumen sheet material arrived with two slightly broken corners, which may have been in delivery, but this was not important to the installation.

Love the service but the support when simthing went wrong was not what I expected! I ordered polycarbonate roofing and know nothing about the bits that go with the polycarbonate roof like the trims or joining bars or end caps ! All I ordered was the polycarbonate roofing and the rest comes with it ! But it was way short of the trim . No problem i thought i will just ring up and get these sent out . But to be told there is a £45 delivery cost !! I was shocked to actually not have been offered free delivery as It was not my fault! I do like this company but was very disappointed after 2 attempts to ask for the parts to be delivered for free . I mean they weigh like nothing . I could not belive why say no to a customer who has spent a lot in the past as well as this order ! And it was even my fault

I was very pleased with my dealing with this company there prices and delivery time were excellent would be happy to use them again.

Some stuff missing, other bits delivered damaged. Supposed help desk just repeatedly fobbed me off. Avoid.

The prices and products are fine but thgeir delivery is appalling! Their "trusted delivery partner" lied and let me down over and over.
I asked Roofing Megastore for a refund of carriage charges but have'nt heard back/

I read the reviews giving negative feedback. In particular customer service!
From my experience, I can only be positive.
Great products, well packaged and delivered when they said they would be.
Missing one item (flashing tape) that was quickly resolved and delivered.
Built the canopy for my neighbour and it looks amazing .
So much so, I will be renewing our canopy very soon.

Got the goods in the end but spent alot of time emailing and making contact on the phone.Staff helpful when you do get through.

Easy to order online - good amount of information and advice on site to assist ordering the right materials. I was not however emailed re delivery date - I rang as I had not heard anything, to be told it's being delivered today! But...all good, reasonably quick with delivery. Great delivery guy.

Paid just over £2000 for a customers job on 4th March, was advised the delivery would be 10th March , it didn’t arrive until around 5pm on the 12th. I wasn’t there to help with the delivery, the elderly customer was and took the delivery note, unsigned. I started the job Monday 16th, hired a tower scaffold, skip etc. baring in mind this is a big job, I ordered 13 rafter bar kits, and by day 3, realised I only had 8. This is now sorted, but 3 of the 7 roof panels fitted are damaged, all in the same place, with the same dents, not realised until the 18th. Tried the website with pictures but told any damage should be notified within 5 days. I don’t know where the damage occurred, being so identical on 3 panels, maybe a manufacture problem, maybe the delivery? It was very windy when the delivery took place, the customer phoned me to let me know that it was there and I offered to help with the off loading, but the delivery driver said he would be ok on his own. The sheets were nearly 4.5m long and he ended up in the hedge a few times. I’ve had to postpone next weeks job due to not being able to finish this one, I’m told the missing rafter bars/caps will be delivered next week, but I don’t know what day yet and I reckon I’ve got at least 3 days there to complete. So I’ll have an extra week scaffold hire as well. Not very happy.

Excellent product (6m x 2m polycarbonate roofing sheets). Delivered in good time.

Well priced. Well packaged and delivered. Helpful staff when I had a problem (I ordered incorrectly).
