Great Customer Service

Great Customer service when I realised that our skylight would have a longer lead time than I realised. They were totally understanding and went above and beyond to get it to us for when we needed it. Thanks.

A* product and service

Great service and product. The team had excellent knowledge of the lantern. Delivery was easy and I was called the day before and the day of delivery . The lantern itself is exactly quality, and easy to installs. There is also a good amount of tolerance allowed with the wedland for the upstanding making it a good choice if you’re upstanding isn’t exact

It’s a great system and good value for

It’s a great system and good value for money. The only thing that could be better is, there was a lot of aluminium swarf where sections were cut when manufacturing, the problem being we were working on a new rubber roof and this was the last thing we needed on that, could have been removed before packing.
One more small grip far too much polyethylene would be better in a recyclable packaging.
Apart from that all good.
