On the face of it they seemed like a great company.
Slight delay on the order, but it was over Christmas, so I understood the delay.
Product seemed great on arrival, no packaging which was a slight concern, checked roof lights all in tact thankfully.
Install went well and builder was impressed.
1 month later a noticed a strange pattern forming around the edge of the glass.
Called RL&RL and was asked to provide photos and what silicone was used.
Sent through all the requested information.
Chased up response and I was told we had used the incorrect glazing silicone????
In doing this there was nothing they could do with the warranty and I would have to pay to have 3 x roof lights removed, covered up in ply whilst the issue was investigated.
If the out come was that the glazing silicone was incorrect, they would not put it right??
Very poor warranty process and not helpful at all.
No mention on install sheet about what glazing silicone to use.
I now have 3 x roof lights that look terrible,not sure if the excuse of the silicone holds up any merit,
Independent report said it was alot of nonsense!!

Delivered on time, the drivers waited for a short while for my builders to turn up.
I had a few technical queries in relation to the installation, the team responded to me promptly by email and on the phone. Can’t fault the service. Thank you guys.

Was a little sceptical about the promised 3 day delivery but ordered 3 windows for a job and all arrived within 3 days and well packaged and high quality!

Builder recommended this company and told me what to order. Ordering was quick and simple. Delivery was on time. Item delivered via driver and he kindly left skylight on the pallet on the driveway as builders were not on site at the time of delivery. Driver professional and helpful. Builders installed without issue. If i had one recommendation it would be that there was a call or txt and hr/ half hr before delivery. But understand this is delivery company and not product related. I did get a txt after ordering to confirm my order and delivery date and which explained that it was a one man delivery so only deliver to property and imply assistance/responsibility for moving item is yours. I suspect most are delivered with builders on site so not an issue. Thankfully mine was delivered to the driveway and builder moved later. Would definitely recommend and use again. Looks fab, very pleased!
