Delighted with the help from this company. I called them first and got an explanation on the items I needed, so I could easily follow up with them to make the orders on-line. Both were unusual items but I have got exactly what I needed - a car rack for electric bikes and a set of foldable snow chains. These guys know their stuff and have great products.

Ours was a simple requirement - just replacement keys for our Karrite Contour roof box which we have mislaid. No matter the cost was small the service was exemplary and delivered with a smile.

I dropped round to their premises with my 1971 VW T2 campervan (their online fitting guides only go back to the T4 in 1991) to see if they could help with a rack for my sea kayak and hey presto, an hour later I had a rack and hullavator fitted and demonstrated. Can’t praise them highly enough

Tremendous. I had the guys add a Thule Vector to my 540i touring. I had some really awkward requirements in terms of time & fitting and to my surprise they accommodated without any hesitation. Would recommend to friends (already have) and travel to use them again in the future.

This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. After struggling about knowing which was the right roof box and rack to buy, and not being able to speak to anyone in person direct with Thule, I was so relieved when I came across their site and phone number. No automated messaging, straight through to James who walked me through everything and advised exactly what was needed. What an absolute breath of fresh air - and cheaper than going direct, even after priority delivery was added! We had full and regular updates on the order being picked, collected by courier etc. We are so pleased we used roofracks.co.uk and full credit to James for his help!

I bought Thule square-profile roof bars from this company in 2016 with the intention of swapping the feet over from my old bars so that I could use the rack with a new car. I never got round to it, and guess what? When I decided to have a go at the weekend (a full three days before the camping holiday), I couldn't figure out how to get the feet off. I contacted Roofracks.co.uk using their online form, outlining the problem, and got a call back the next working morning. I followed this with some pictures by email, and an hour later got the key information I needed - and it worked. This has saved me over £100 (because I don't need to buy new feet), and time, and hassle. I'm so impressed that this company a) had the expertise to advise me on Thule products that are probably about 20 years old and b) had such an outstanding approach to customer service.

I’ve used Ken and team a few times now as cars have needed different feet. On one occasion I’d lost some keys to a roof box and Ken went out of his way to get me a replacement set overnight. Superb customer service and I can’t recommend highly enough.

I've bought a few things from roofrack's now a hullavator, roofrack bars and fixing packs they've always been very helpful when I've contacted them by email they've always been very informative, helpful and very prompt in getting back to you. So far I've found them the cheapest and deliveries very prompt . An all-round great company thank you.

Great customer service when I ordered the wrong item.

Offers free delivery over £150 to UK mainland, but actually charges £35. I then went on to find the same products cheaper elsewhere.

Even though I was unable to purchase from roofracks.co.uk due to me living outside of the UK, James from Roofracks.co.uk gave me excellent and thorough advice on a future purchase of a bike carrier. James is an expert in this field and he took the time to explain differences in particular bike carriers. 5/5, would purchase when I can.

Recently bought online some new feet for BMW slide bar as I've got a different car. Easy to use website and find the right equipment to order and also asked for quick delivery as needed it within 3 days. Order was dispatched in the afternoon and I received it the next day - perfect. Also love the fact that you can choose the locking keys to match other items that you have so that you only need one set of keys.

A few weeks before I was actually went to the shop as I was interested in a bike carrier. The guy took time to explain the various types, came out and checked the towbar arrangement on the car, and talked through all the pros and cons of various types. Picked the one which is more compact and folds up - again very happy. Often find as a women that you can get patronised and assumed to be unable to manage anything mechanically - never found that with this company. Always lovely service.

Simply excellent purchasing experience at every stage: pre, during, and post sales. I received excellent up-front advice before ordering, and then once I had placed my order, a personal follow-up to double check requirements and confirm the product suitability. Delivery was quick with the products well packaged. A perfect example of how an online purchase can still include actual human interaction and personal service. Really impressed, and huge thanks in particular to Ken.

Willing to help and tell me what I need despite knowing that the product I needed is no longer made or in stock. Not many companies would be kind enough to do that!

I was unsure which Thule adapter set would fit my old Thule roof box but James at Roofracks was pretty cetain of the kit I needed but said he would double check.
Sure enough a few minutes later he returned my call to verify the parts I needed. Odered and delivered in two days on standard post. Brilliant Customer Service.
