Having already purchased my roof bars & foot pack from another supplier - I just needed the fitting kit which seemed to be in short supply from Thule and having tried several suppliers who were not so keen to help, I contacted RoofRacks who were so helpful, I returned the roof bars & foot pack previously purchased and ordered everything from RoofRacks UK - thanks guys excellent service

We bought a Thule Roof Rack and Box from the guys, the product was great but we had an issue with one of the locks for the roof rack feet. I called them and spoke to a guy who was very polite and very good at resolving the issues. They offered advice which didn't work to get the lock out and so they sent us a lock barrel and master key the day after which worked perfectly. Great company and excellent support from the team, thanks so much! Will certainly shop here again!!

I chose roofracks because their prices were the cheapest out of 5 or so vendors online, so was pleasantly surprised when their service was also excellent. Ken went out of his way to help me, including calling me to query a mistaken order that I had made online. He also made sure my parts were dispatched quickly. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.

Very disappointed. I spoke to Ken and organised some Thule bike racks for my wifes car. Everything was fine and i paid and got a receipt. I recieved a notification that Tuffnells couriers would be delivering and then the problem started. I recieved a confirmation from Tuffnells the goods were to be delivered with no exact date. I left it a wekk then chased it up with Ken and was told he would follow it up. Ken then told me the goods had been delivered but could not tell me when or who signed for them? After many emails he came back to say it was one of two dates but again had no proof of delivery and couldnt get more infor as the Tuffnells driver had poor English? After repeated emails from me he then said Tuffnels had some names that may have received it, this was not surprising as Tuffnells come to our premises weekly delivering and would have lots of signed delivery notes? I chased again and was told there is no delivery note and i have defintely received the products.
I understand Ken has given the responsibility to the courier however I have no redress? I am not going to sue him for £250 even though though i wish i had the time to do this as I feel really let down as a consumer?

Amazing, brilliant service. I couldn't correctly identify what I needed. After a quick call with Andrew he was great. Sorted me out and a few days later all the kit arrived. Now all installed and they look amazing.

i could not identify the model via their comprehensive and excellent listing.
Having mail correspondence with Keith he suggested I photograph the model and they would endeavour to identify the model and needed part.The next day I received a link to my model and the identified part. I ordered and received the part during these restricted times and the next day it was delivered. Service and efficiency does not come much higher than this. Thank you.

I 1st bought Thule roofbars, bike racks and a roof box from this company in 2003 - I was amazed that they actually found the measurements of my new car and laid everything out in their warehouse to make sure it all fitted.
This year I changed my car so needed new feet for my bars. Ken was just as kind and helpful as the previous time, and the price is still very competitive - I think that this service is wonderful, but to still be wonderful after so many companies have come and gone is outstanding.

It is great to know that in the age of trying to sort things out yourself through the minefield of internet websites, there is a company that actually goes the extra mile to help personally. Ken even put together the bars and new foot pads in his workroom to make sure they would fit on our car before we bought them. Excellent service.

I placed an order for roof bars at lunchtime and opted for free standard delivery. They arrived, very well packaged, at 10 o’clock the following morning. So that's delivered in less than 24 hrs at no extra cost.

The big selling point for me was locks to match my existing Thule gear. Another company I tried advised me that they couldn't do that, but roofracks.co.uk did it at no extra charge.

I bought bike carriers from them several years ago ... I'm glad I went back.

I received a Thule bike rack, from a different supplier, which arrived without keys. It was the new type that does not have the numbers on the lock barrels.
This seemed to be an insurmountable problem until I spoke to roofracks.co.uk in less than 24 hours they had not only given me the correct advice they had also delivered the parts necessary to resolve the problem. This company is a joy to deal with. I thoroughly recommend them.

I recently bought a Hullavator which was faulty. Contacting Thule direct was a nightmare. That is where Roofracks came in. They sorted out the problem straight away, arranging for the faulty Hullavator to be collected and a replacement delivery from Thule. Well done and Thank you

I was after a tow ball carrier for my car and was told by Halfords and another online seller that probably nothing that would handle a couple of e-bikes would fit right. Lucky I tried roofracks.co.ukand gave them a call. They could not have been more helpful. John asked for photos of the tow ball and some measurements, and he took the trouble to figure out that there were a couple of Thule models that should fit fine. The best part is that this is one of the few places i could find near the So. Coast that had physical premised, stock of carriers, and the goodwill to try something on my car before I bought it. Brilliant help, sorted me with the right bit of kit at a fair price. Very happy and i highly recommend dealing with John and Ken at roofracks.co.uk. Thanks guys!
