I live in the US and shipping was fast! The items I bought are gorgeous and sexy!!! I love Room 24!!

My order arrived in Florida, USA, in literally just two or three days. That is incredibly fast, especially considering it shipped from the UK. The quality is stunning, and the swimsuit fits me perfectly. I ordered a size M, and I am absolutely delighted with it. I will definitely continue ordering from this store in the future

I ordered the Talia dress and it fit like a glove! So happy with the cut and quality the fabric shaping and looks and feels great. It arrived in time for my birthday dinner, I got so many compliments wearing it. Cant wait to try one of their bodysuits.

I'm a returning customer and I'm leaving another review regarding my recent order. I had an issue with my order and customer services were very helpful as always. They resolved the issue quickly and were efficient. The level of customer service is top tier in comparison to other retailers and this is why I keep coming back, plus Room 24's items are cute!

The company worked with me when the OG package went missing. The dress is lovely, but the seam to the leg slit ripped the day I put it on for my event. Overall I was pleased with the dress, but the quality is a bit less than I had hoped. I would order from them again for sure.

Fantastic bikini but no ‘free international shipping’ as claimed in the advertisement. I had to pay 18 euros of extra customs cost. Then it became quite and expensive bikini.

The quality of the materials was fantastic, delivery was prompt considering the distance (international)

I like the products (specially the dresses). The only downside to ordering is that shipping cost is at the buyer’s side when returned (unlike other places I shop online with where returns are for free) as its quite costly.

For me I felt it was low quality. The proprtions of it were odd. The body fitted well and the bust was huge and no padding/cups.
Customer service was useless as I messaged after 14 days, I was told to get it fixed by the time a tailor. The fact is yes I messaged after 14 days however the issues remain the same. I've spent a lot of money on a swimsuit I can't wear unless I pay more money for a tailor to fix it.

Won't buy from them again!

Customer service extremely helpful and fast responding. I suggest to order one size up than your normal size for the bodysuit. I love my purchase & plan on shopping there once again in the future.

I ordered my first bodysuit from company Room24 in Jan 2024. I love it. Good cut, beautiful fabric, sexy, high quality material. Later I ordered another one, and received my third one for free. Now I am thinking about a dress and a swimming costume 💖💖

Purchased bathing suit at Canadian conversion rate of $235, “free shipping!” per website checkout, and was unpleasantly surprised by $92 CDN Cash On Delivery charge from Room 24, which I had to pay in order to retrieve package from post office. I have sent multiple messages to Customer Service requesting an explanation as to why a hidden charge of over 30% of item purchase price was levied, and vague responses implicating courier are all I can get in return. Returning doesn’t feel like an option because company representatives are non-responsive and I frankly have no idea if there is even a professional organization at the other end to process a refund, or who can be trusted to. Bathing suit itself isn’t substandard but neither is it extraordinary. If you are shopping online outside of the UK I would urge caution. I do regret association with this unpleasant vendor.

Quick response to questions. Answered emails even on a weekend. Quick return policy. Good quality garment fit to size and I received 25% discount voucher for next purchase.
