Firstly, I'd like to clarify that registering on the website, posting your ad and viewing all the listings/matches available is completely FREE. In addition, contact is not only restricted to the Premium Members, as a Basic Member you can send interest messages to all users on the site and the Premium Members are completely free to get in touch with too.

We are also very sorry to hear that you’ve had no messages regarding your property, kindly note that you may have to wait to hear back from the tenants you are interested in, as not all the users log in to their account on a daily basis. If you have not received a reply, it could mean that the user is yet to read your message, or your room doesn't match what they are looking for.

Problems with the payment

Manal contact me, super fast. I was having problem to pay premium, the problem was that my credit card did not accept intenational payments, now it does. Manal was very kind and solve my problem very fast.
