Poor Quality on the Lycocell Duvet Cover. Inside straps to hold duvet in place are either not there or barely a string. Also, color was completely wrong and customer service will not respond. I have send at least 2 emails to them and wrote to them through their website. Also, my duvet cover was shipped from China.

It is easy to use the website and order what one needs. The choice of colours and patterns and sizes is excellent. Delivery is quick and I was kept informed all the way along the line.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Item was completely wrong colour, since then I have returned the item for a refund, have not received a refund, will not reply to emails or massages.

Upon receiving the items, I was genuinely delighted with their quality and appearance. I was so impressed that I recommended your brand to a friend. However, after only a few uses, the items have not lived up to the initial impression. Specifically:

The color has noticeably faded, which is unexpected after such a short period of use.
The zipper has broken completely, rendering the duvet cover unusable.
The stitching where the duvet attaches to the zipper has come undone.
These issues are quite disappointing, as I had high expectations for the quality and durability of your products based on their initial presentation.

I’ve been a loyal Roomie Design customer for 4 years now, treating myself to their luxury bedlinen from time to time. The quality is consistently exceptional, and sleeping in their bedding is such a pleasure. No matter what, I always find myself coming back to Roomie for their beautiful designs and unmatched comfort.

Ordered on 4 Dec and still no update on shipping 8 days later :(

I am delighted with this high quality product and will order again 100%.
The bed linen looks even more beautiful in real life than on the monitor and is beautifully made.
The service from the Roomie team is super friendly and more than accommodating and helpful.

Just an FYI that this company does not resolve customer complaints. They also use a third party delivery like DHL. They sent my package to my previous address; the address was given in error by my partner who didn't realize I had moved to a new location. I have no access to the previous apartment address, therefore I do not have the item. Roomie Design offered NO RESOLUTION. They were not willing to either re-ship the item, or to refund my purchase. They claim since the delivery driver sent a photo of the item at the address (which could have been anywhere since it was an apartment complex) that they are not obligated to reship the item or refund my money. This company is based in Italy and only communicates through email and online chat, a big red flag for customer service. I am out of $200 for so called luxury bedding. Terrible customer resolution skills!

Great customer service - I made a mistake with my order, and they sent me two extra pillowcases for free! This was completely my fault, so it was very kind of them.

I recently purchased the Botanical Garden Duvet Set from Roomie Design. This item came beautifully packaged and the quality was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it. The colours are so vivid and beautiful. Unfortunately I got confused with the different sizing and ordered a Queen instead of King. The sizes given were UK or US sizes and I’m in Australia. I’ve since ordered a king size setting and am awaiting delivery. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company although purchasing it in Australia is very expensive due to exchange rates.

If you want to purchase expensive bedding and then fear washing it, then this is the place to shop!!!
I was bought a duvet set as a gift, the quality feels lovely however as I was putting the bedding on, my little boy knocked over a drink. I washed the pillow cases as per instructions and the stitching came undone after one wash. I noticed that there was also a manufacturing issue where blue thread is running through the white part of the pillow case. I have tried multiple times to get a response, my Mum has been in contact and even a friend through the social media platform, email and on their webpage. The duvet set was in the sale but was still expensive at £280! And I cannot even get it replaced as you do not get a response. I am not the only person to complain about this, avoid at all costs!

Hello my experience of purchasing a duvet set from your company .?I bought the set for my sons return from travelling the world , to welcome him home , it arrived it looked stunning and I believe comfortable , it had only been used 4 days when my son had a fever , so I took the pillow cases off to wash as instruction , I did not wash the quilt , unfortunately they have turned out pale blue the dye has coloured them , so now I’m stuck with white quilt and blue pillowcases!!!!! I dare not wash the quilt it is the new cornflower one blue/white . I reported he his problem to your team the very day , and received a email saying you would answer in 48 hours it’s now been near a month and have no solution . I ask you please help this is not good regards Heather
