I ordered two duvet sets. I was a little anxious as I was sending a lot of money to a company I had never heard of. I was quoted delivery in 5 to 7 working days. When the items did not arrive I searched reviews. I wish I hadn't as some were very negative. I should not have worried. The duvet sets arrived a couple of days later and they are BEAUTIFUL. Excellent quality, beautiful material, well made and packaged and good value for money - especially when compared to almost identical sets I found on the Internet.

Order came reasonably quickly. I was worried at first because price was high and difficult to return. It’s perfect. I really like it. I will definitely order again. I would recommend this product. I don’t understand any negetive feedback.

Just received my latest duvet cover .. no 4 ! absolutely gorgeous .. feels so special can't wait to use in our new home 😀

Purchased six piece bedding set for £320 the bed sheet has 2 mark’s running all the way across the duvet cover washed it but won’t come out 😡been in touch with company and had no reply

My order arrived promptly and beautifully packed . Lovely design and colours and looks sumptuous on the bed and feels delicious when sleeping . Would definitely buy again and recommend this company.

Dissatisfied with the quality of Duvet cover set and the delayed delivery. After two weeks, they did not send me the duvet set I ordered and it was completely different and it was not what I had ordered. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Service was excellent. I made a mistake on the size so I had to contact them before order was shipped. They were quick on their response to alter my order. This I thought was brilliant. Thank you! Product arrived before expected time. The quality was great. I loved it. The zipper broke on one of the pillowcases but there was no issue they replaced it without fuss. I will definitely buy from Roomie again.

I love the designs and material. I was a little skeptical at first but having used all 3 different duvet sets with pillows then are very light against your skin. Almost like silk. Will definitely be buying more

The blankets are not the same as website description. I paid over 220 for why I thought was a nice thick blanket. They sent me a thin $15 blanket I could have gotten at Ross or Walmart. I paid $20 to have to return it, it’s been 9 business days and I have no return, their site/policy says 7 days max. They are not responding to my email. This is a fraudulent company with fake reviews.

Finally after PayPal case and another email I get a response. Will be looking at circa 40 days delivery time from order if I accept the pathetic resolution. Shouldn’t be taking orders if you can’t fulfil them in a reasonable amount of time.

This was our third purchase of bedding from Roomie Design. Delivery was very quick, as promised and the bedding is beautiful, as always. The quality is outstanding. It is like sleeping on silk. Worth every penny. My bed feels like a luxurious haven and looks fabulous.

Trying to find the best bedding was not easy, so finding this site was a real delight. The bedding is just what i was looking for as it is super soft, warm and comfortable. The choice of styles are amazing along with the choice of exactly what you want.

The product at first glance looks great. I soon discovered when making the bedx that one of the pillow cases had a flaw and they were to replace it. The replacement eventually arrived after a timely reminder. This was only the start of the problems as by then the duvet cover also has a material flaw and the stitching is coming apart. I asked for a refund as I wasn't happy with the quality for which a reply came back stating they would refund used goods. Further emails were then sent and today contact was made via the online chat service which was conveniently busy and email details were given. I still wait for any response. I would advise anyone considering a purchase of what appears to be quality duvets to think long and hard about parting with your hard earned cash in the event the items are not to a standard you expect. I bought previous items from Holsper and wished I had this time round but wanted this design. I will pursue this on a legal basis of the item not fit for purpose and contravening the consumer act as the company have clearly chosen to bury their head in the sand and not address the matter head on.

The set was nothing like the picture it was from china definitely not worth the money.
It was also the incorrect size so steer clear of this site.
However I did get a prompt response from Roomie Design and returned to a address in England and received a refund.
