I am not happy for writing you over a month plus now regarding the issue I encountered with my account. Several email and chat has be exchanged with your customer service and all I keep getting is sorry for the delay we are in it , for how long ? There should be option for -star, I made deposit of 62$ to my wallet for over a week I wasn't credited and customer care is worse with no solution, always asking to drop mail that never replied, don't send any crypto to roqqu else its gone. Withdraw your assets before its all gone one day

Trust Pilot, please don't be fooled by people's review!
