A friend introduced me to using Roqqu for buying and selling of cryptocurrency, then i thought it will be something hard but on getting and installing the app,it was way too easy to use. Roqqu has been one of the best app so far. Keep up the good work Alpha Team.

When I started holding coins, it was quite a disaster for me cos I didn’t know what was going on till I was introduced to ROQQU. God, it’s been so awesome. I can buy without fear. Even when Nigeria banned Crypto for sometime, I told guys to be calm, Roqqu got you covered, is it the customer service? Is it the price rate?? Mehn, awesome. I really want to continue but I might exhaust the space.

Well I started using roqqu after I faced some hard time using other company app for crypto,and we I started using roqqu I found it so good especially the part of buying from them and selling instantly any moment you wish to and you will receive your money instantly in a very good rate,another one is the part of the live chat with the customers service, sometimes they reply late but when ever they reply you will be satisfied with their answers... I recommend this app for my friends because that's one of the best so far.

I want to thank Roqqu team for the good job they have been doing. From updating, upgrading, maintenance of the Roqqu app, I know you guys can do more.

At first I was thinking that Roqqu would have been too difficult to trade on. Roqqu is simple to an extent that a layman can work through the App. It is user friendly, it has good User interface and good concept.

Customer Services should try their best to work smarter, be positive, take responsibility and respond in time to avoid more customer falling into the hands of scammers. Customer is the backbone of any organization.

The issues of withdrawal is something that need urgent care. I would like to suggest that Roqqu should reduce the minimum withdrawal of 50,000 to enable their customers whom have been in trauma since CBN ban of crypto trading in Nigeria to regain their selves.

Without Compromise Roqqupay is actually the best for Nigerian crypto lovers.... Though people complain of their instability but I don't found it real and necessary. I've never encountered delay in transaction processing or withdrawal funds. Good social media customer service i.e there's no time you enter their DM's without reply. I don't see any reason why people should criticize them for any inappropriate behavior. Roqqu supplied the best untill Nigerian government policy came and despite roqqu still remain good. Roqqu deserve 5 stars!!!

Hello good afternoon i made a withdrawal of 76500 thousand from my wallet since on 7th of February 2021 to my bank account which is first bank, and uptill today i haven't receive the money i have gone to my bank to make complain and they said the money didnt enter my account. And i have send my statement of account multiple of times to roqque agents at the roqque app and uptill today i haven't receive my money

Never had a reason to switch to any alternative app since I started using Roqqu. The title of this review was no exaggeration, it really is the best in the game. Even with the CBN’s new policy, they still found a way to make depositing very easy for us. It really is a good app I recommend to everyone, very user friendly even for the non techies.

This is the best app I have used as related to cryptocurrency. Even after difficulties from the government about cryptocurrency, they still stand their ground making the frontline in cryptocurrencies peer to peer. Though I had issues with my coin deposit because of the memo but i still find myself glued to this app because of how easy it has become for depositing fund, buying coin and send coin seamlessly without issues. Roqqu as been good since I registered last year, it's easy to use and very fast.
But since the CBN ban on cryptocurrency, although you guys re trying your best, but not enough, the customer service is very poor. There have been issue on BVN/ID verification for the past few weeks. This morning you guys replace BVN with NIN verification. That's a welcome development. But it be very good to use only NIN verification, to replace the national ID CARD verification, since it's the NIN the Nigerian Government are using now.
Because I've been having issues with my national ID CARD verification for over a month now, despite my NIN is boldly written on it.
But you guys are trying your best, kudos to Roqqu Alpha Team.

Well honestly speaking since 2020 I have been using this Roqqu service and have transacted more than 3 times a day since that period till now and I would say I have never seen a company so focused on the well being of the customers as they are... user friendly interface, financially friendly charges and you definitely do get what you pay for.
