I like the dress very much

I like the dress very much, it has a food quality and fits well, true to the size. I just did not liek that is written color white but it is not realy white it is an ivory. Anyway it is a lovely dress with a retro style.

Nice website but customer service needs work

ordering was easy however when delivery, I did not like the item and contacted customer service to return or exchange the item. They got to me back once asking for measurements, However after that no more responses. Even after a follow up. It’s been a few weeks already.

The quality of the dresses are absolutely amazing the dress is fabric is so nice and sturdy absolutely good

No returns

You can't return clothes. In case they don't fit you can only do this in exchange to a voucher and then you have to send them to a warehouse in China at your own costs. Not a very great business model.

Sizing is off

I placed an order for 3 items and chose my size based off the size guide. Note, every dress has a different size guide. All 3 dresses were too small for me. I emailed customer service and they told me instead of shipping it back to their warehouse in China, I could keep the dresses and get a partial refund. They also said I should have emailed them first my measurements before placing an order. They ended up shipping me out the new size dress. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 dresses were sold out. Their size guide is off and generally run small, so not sure if emailing them my measurements would have helped.

No receipt, no refunds, no customer service, misleading item photos

I ordered a skirt (quite nice) and a dress (expensive AND hideous). When they eventually arrived, there was no receipt in the bag - it was simply the two items and a business card with a customer service email address. I am happy with the skirt and would have bought more now knowing my size, and left a good review on that basis, except I emailed the customer service to ask how to return the £51 dress since no receipt was provided, and they ignored me. I emailed again on the support email address, and they ignored me again. Both emails were definitely spelled correctly etc. I can only assume it's because I was making it clear that I wanted to return an item that they ignored me. Having checked their website returns page, the small print shows they don't do refunds (which they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email to say so). The dress itself is made of a much cheaper fabric than it looks in the website photograph, and the neckline is not stitched, but held together by a popper which means that unless you have the exact right size bust for the dress, it gapes between the popper and the waistline, which looks awful. I still have the dress in a bag and it was a giant waste of money and a wholly stressful, irritating experience.

Horrible return policy

Horrible return policy. To return your clothes you have to contact a customer service address (that can not be contacted by mobile phone for some reason). I asked for the return adress and the customer service didn't answer that but asked for my waist, hip size to solve the problem. That was very unprofessional. Still waiting for the return address since it is not stated on the website. Also you don't get your money back but a voucher. Will never order there again.

The clothes were cheap knock-offs

The clothes were not as pictured or as described. They were made of very cheap material. They appear to be cheap knock-offs. I've contacted them for a return and refund and I have not received a response.

DO NOT BUY FROM RORELADY

These are cheap dresses made in China, from poor quality synthetic fabric and sold for a huge mark up. I paid just under £50 for a dress which was clearly not worth anywhere near that and it did not fit. When I emailed customer services asking them to advise on a return, the responded by asking for my hip/bust/waist measurements. I said I did not wish to provide these and again asked for a refund/return address. I was then asked to provide photographic evidence demonstrating how the dress did not fit. I complied to this (and expressed how shameful I found it) but even after sending photos I was still not given return details and advised to gift the dress to a friend. I pushed for a return/refund and was finally given an address - it was in China and postage to return would cost up to £30.
