Great customer service, weird sizing
Great customer service. I ordered a blouse which was extremely small (it was marked a US Large but is in reality more of a US Small - as corroborated by my friend who is a size 2-4). I emailed about a return and the customer service rep Anna was very helpful in resolving my issue. While returning it would be too expensive, they gave me a half refund and a coupon for another purchase.
While I’m unsure if I’ll be able to buy any clothing due to the strange sizing I still felt very good feelings about those working for the company. I felt well taken care of!

Awful quality. Material feels like cheap plastic and the quality of the dress is very poor.

I have absolutely loved the quality of all my RoreLady dresses. They have all Ben lined, the stitching is impeccable, the look is that of the French country side, the fabric really is premium quality and the fit is so feminine and lovely. Ive revived so many compliments on the dress I’ve ordered so that, that I ended up ordering even more. I’m up to nine RoreLady dresse, because you really can’t find quality and style like this in stores without spending WAY too much money. I’m so excited for RoreLady to release more styles, because I love RoreLady! Seriously so glad that brands like this exist 😊

The quality of dresses are great
The quality of dresses are great. I ordered small but it runs a bit small. Or more like no wiggle room. So customer service was great and are sending me a size medium. I had to pay for the shipping but it would have been the same price if I had to ship our the dresses. I am still waiting on the medium size dresses. However thus far customer service has been quick and attent. And quality of dresses and design is great.
