I ordered 2 of the personalized dragon sword bookmarks and the are absolutely gorgeous. They were shipped and arrived very quickly, much quicker than I expected. They are Christmas gifts for my grandchildren and I know they will love them. This has been a very pleasant transaction and I will not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered an urn to put my partners ashes in, when it arrived it was NOTHING like described in the product description!
What I received cost $232 and would not be worth $50!!! It is not fit for purpose, there is no way I can keep my partner in it! They offered me a 20% refund!! This company is a joke and are taking people for a ride!!!

Rather disappointed in the item I bought. I bought the wave necklace which looked beautiful with the sparkles on the wave. Unfortunately when it arrived the wave was plain without any sparkles on it. I was so disappointed as that was the main reason I was attracted to it.
