The item I ordered was beautiful and exactly as pictured on the site. Also, the delivery was very fast.

Lovely cake knife set

Not ordering from this company ever again. No responses, no updates regarding order. States up to 3 business days to create an order. Been waiting for over a week and no one has provided any updates despite emails. Waste of time - just want my money back as opposed to the product.
Update - 9/22. Received the following email: "Dear Customer:

Sorry, your package is too large and will incur an additional shipping fee.
*instructed me to visit their website*
Please ensure the quantity option is 20. Once payment is complete, please let us know so we can process your order promptly.

Sincerely,
Customer Service".

Requested a refund, contacted my bank and reported business to BBB... They already have an F rating.

Well I didnt like that the pieces of my sign were stuck together. I had to get help to break the pieces apart.

My granddaughters Love them.But my grandson is mad cause he has to bookbag ,lunch bag,pencil bag and waterbottle with his name on them.

We ordered a gift and received a different product. They refused our repeated requests for return and full refund. They are "bait-and-switch" con-artists.

Necklace lovely, probably could have put on an icon or the have had the writing centred more on the heart rather than just along the top. Seems solid. Necklace chain perfect length
