I never received the product I purchased, I have emailed multiple times, with only one response which stated I will get it within 2 weeks. 2 months have past and I have no product and no response from the business.

SCAM SCAM SCAM this “company” has scammed me out of $700 worth of products. Refusing to refund me, now won’t respond to emails. When you try to call the store no one answers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed this order early June and still nothing has been sent.

Ordered a month ago and haven't received goods.
I have emailed and asked for a response within 24hrs otherwise I am going to VCAT - maybe others may consider this also.

I've ordered a supplement more than a month ago and still haven't received it. I've contacted customer service about 5 times and heard back only once saying that the order will be delivered in 8-12 business days. I've never got a confirmation of shipment or a tracking number so I suppose I won't ever get it. I want a refund but I can't get anyone to answer. The worst ever!

I never received my order. I received one response to an email. A refund was offered but no response to subsequent emails when I requested that refund. Fortunately, my credit card company was able to reverse the charge.

Never received my product or a reimbursment is being a month already no answer.

I got scammed out of a lot of money from this company - they never sent my items. Offered a refund when I followed up on my order and they ignored me when I asked for the refund. They haven't replied to any of my communications and my order was well over a month ago now. I paid on my credit card so hoping to get my money back...

Bought some triple anti biotic cream.
Never received! Emailed, response was, will refund or send within 5-8 working days.

I was also scammed. I've lodged a report with the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) to investigate and hopefully shut it down.

Placed an order July 1st and had the SAME experience as all these people!!! its been a month now with no email or tracking number provided for my package. I got a hold of them ONCE where they said they would gladly provide me with a refund and then they never answered back. Ive sent countless of emails since with no reply. i am disappointed but dont wish them any wrong, God sees everything and will judge them accordingly.

Same experience as other reviewers, wish I’d checked Trust pilot before placing order in June and paying over $160 AUD to get products which are difficult to source in Europe. Site offers fast global shipping and normal online shopping and payment experience so all seemed legit. Nothing received after a month I chased customer admin - email response said I would get it in 8-12 days or could have refund, so I waited. It’s August nearly 2 months since I paid in full, no products, and no response to any messages now from Rosens. I feel scammed, seriously out of pocket and infuriated that online payment platforms aren’t held accountable for enabling thieves to steal peoples money via fake consumer websites!

I ordered tea. I have reached out a few times and only got a response that the order will arrive in 8-12 business days. It hasn’t. Do not order from these people. It’s a scam. I think it’s too late for me. I gave them latitude since it was coming from Australia & wasn’t sure how long something from there would take to get to US. Going to reach out to my bank to see if anything can be done.

I have read the reviews, and it seems everyone is complaining about not receiving their items or refunds. The same thing happened to me. Initially, everything was fine; they asked if I wanted to get my money back or wait a few more days for the items. I chose a refund because I had already waited long enough. Since then, I've been emailing them every week, but I have not received any response.

We need to do something about this because it's not fair to beg for our own money.

I have had the same experience with Rosen as all the other people bought barrier cream back in early June 2024 still have not got my purchase I contacted them and they said the order was cancelled total $146.74 o/n 45674 and I would get a refund within a couple of days still waiting.ringing consumer affairs

I gave paid for some Lipton Teabags 2 months ago and have not received my purchase. Tried to contact them to no avail, upset would be an understatement. Refund my money

I would like to cancel my order and get a refund, because, until now, I have not received the item. For your information, it has been 1 month since the purchase and paid on 06.06.2024 was made, and every time I send an email regarding the status of the order, the response from you remains the same. That will take 8–12 business days from now. However, until now, there has been no update from your side. As if the answer from your email is from the machine or system only.

Warning warning !!! do not buy anything from these thief’s, pass there details to trading standards England and Australia instead, fraud alert !!! keep your money do not buy from these thief’s you will regret it !!!
