This is a scam company.
I ordered a bottle of supplements from Rosen's Global on 4 Jun 2024. The website seemed comprehensive and I received an order confirmation by e-mail, so everything seemed legit at the time.
By 27 June, nothing had arrived. I wrote to them and got a reply "Hi, We estimate we can get this order to you in 8 -12 business days from now. If you are not willing to wait, or the order does not arrive close to the estimated timeframe, please let us know and we can issue a refund. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, Tyler"

At that point I started to suspect this was a scam, and they are trying to delay so when I dispute the transaction it will be too late.

After that I wrote twice asking for a refund but there was no reply.

Agree with all another victims. It's a complete SCAM No order received No refund No communication!!!

Made an order in June and I tried to cancel it within the first 5 minutes of making the order. Got an email 2 days later that it was too late to cancel the order. Sent several emails to get tracking info; never heard finally. Finally, after threatening to follow up with an investigation of their company, I heard back via email saying they would have it to me in 8-12 business days. I told my bank about this and they are looking into it and refunded my money. That says it all right there

Fraudulent company

Ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered within 12 days and after 20+ days still didn't get it. When i asked what was the status they replied after 4 days saying that if i still wanted it they could ship it LOL. Don't waste your time

I bought the milk from this company last month and i am still waiting for it.Its a scam.Refund my money otherwise i will find you guys and take you to the court.

Ordered product. Nothing to say they had no stock or were experiencing shipping delays. On contacting them I was advised they should be able to ship my product in 8-12 business days if that was too long I could request a refund which I did. No further contact from them. Very difficult to find a phone number. When I finally located a phone number and tried to call it went to a message stating they were only responding to emails.

Scam. Don’t order from them. They will take your money and will not send you your products.

How is this site still operating? I have not seen one review that reports getting the items they ordered.

This is a fake and fraudulent company. DO NOT order from them! I placed an order and 34 days later still have not received anything. I sent them 3 emails over the past month asking for tracking info and proof my order was shipped. I received the same exact response 3 time from them saying "I would receive my order in 8-12 business days". This company is not real so do not have your money stolen by them as they have done to so many of us leaving reviews.

I ordered vitamins from Rosen's Global in Western Australia, no tracking number, no produce t arrived. I waited 10 days then emailed, they asked me to wait another 12 days, I waited and still no product, I emailed several times then realised I kept getting the exact same message and still no product. Now it is too late to try and get funds back from the bank. You have got to report to the bank before 10 days to be able to get a refund.

Scam no product no refund

I was scammed by these people. For 50 quid. I've asked multiple times for refund over last few weeks. No reply. Scam . So maddening. I could do with my money back, asap. From a skint single mum.

I ordered eyedrop’s a month ago and they have not sent it. I believe they are a scam because if you look at the phone number it’s got more than the numbers for a regular phone call and no one answers the phone and they only take emails.

I wish I had seen these reviews before... the confirmation came and that's it. It's been over a month. Communication only via email, the answer is the same, wait 8-12 days or we will refund the money.
I asked for my money back and now no one answers…

Same scam as the others.. Order, receive confirmation. Then when you don't see the delivery or tracking you contact them and they say you can have a refund or wait 8-10 business days. We are lucky enough to be within the timeframe to dispute the transaction and have done so. Hopefully the bank will see this is a sham and reverse the transaction..
