Very quick service. Initial queries were responded to same day. Once instructed, the survey itself was booked within about a week. Detailed report came out a few days later.

Rosewood have been fantastic, fitted us in within a week survey was done the 9th of March. Had results back by the 11th. The communication the consistency was everything we ever wanted. They have bought to light so many hidden issues and gremlins with the house we was buying and have saved us thousands of pounds on a new roof than you for this. As a first time buyer I thought it was my dream home. And no my decision has been to pull out. Top service and will be using them again when I find my new home. Xx

We received a Level 3 House Survey by the company Rosewood. We were extremely happy with the document that had been produced within reasonable time also. I would highly recommend this company as buying a house can be daunting, and this company with what they produced put us at ease. Highly recommended!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I received an incomplete and inadequate report from someone, who I can only assume is a completely inexperienced surveyor. When the owner of this company phoned me initially, he informed me that he had left a multi million pound meeting to deign to speak to me. I interpreted this as an attempt to intimidate me by his importance. Inadequate admin staff who either failed to take correct notes of my instructions or carelessly deleted them. Although offered a refund by the owner, this was was then retacted,apparently due to my rudeness to his staff. In the midst of a family tragedy, I was admittedly very upset but do not feel that this mitigates the breach of contact by Rosewood. I am seeing legal advice to recover my payment. I would advise everyone to employ a more professional company.

We had a very reliable, transparent and stress-free experience. The survey report was detailed but still easy to understand and well presented which has made us feel reassured. The surveyor was very patient with us, answering many questions on our follow-up call.

Good turnaround of report. A couple of typos and standard text put in the report by mistake but quickly rectified.

Survey was very in-depth it eas exactly what i was expecting, they were very professional and did the job well.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Their report was clear, detailed and delivered to us promptly, giving us the confidence moving forward. Rosewood offered the cheapest rate by far for a level 3 survey. They were efficient and prompt in their communication, booked the visit within a week of me confirming Id like to proceed with them. Had the full report provided just 3 days after. Its a very comprehensive report indeed, with photos, and with specific highlights of estimated cost for different repairs required. I was very pleased indeed. Makes house buying feel smoother when services are so efficient.

I would recommend Rosewood surveyors to anyone who is looking for a house to be surveyed, they responded quickly, and the survey results were extremely clear and detailed.

Jade was helpful and brilliant. We got everything done and gave us a date in just under 3 days when the survey was taking place at the property. Once completed it was back to me within 48 hours without any chasing up. Great service which I recommend if you wish to get a survey on a property.
