I Recently had a RICS 3 survey done on an old terrace house. The report I received was very detailed and easy to understand with estimated costs of repairs also being provided. I was also able to have a phone call with a surveyor to go over any queries I had.

I had a level three survey - the report was comprehensive, completed on the date agreed and the surveyor was available afterwards to talk through the issues flagged with me, offer thoughts and advice and an overall opinion as to the viability of purchasing the property.
Following this process I felt I had a very good understanding of the issues, the next steps and how to prioritise them, and how this building - a large Georgian semi - compared in condition to other similar properties.

company arranged survey and informed me it had been carried out, after survey surveyor contacted me and informed me how survey had gone and any defects he found , full report was sent within 3 days as promised , very full comprehensive report.
