Easy and fast booking. We booked a level 3 survey, it was completed within 7 days of enquiring. Helpful after with any questions and queries. Very fast response times to emails and phonecalls. Would 100% recommend!

I have booked two surveys through Rosewood now and both were easy to contact and arrange the survey.
The survey was carried out quickly and the report provided within 24 hours. Any questions we had were answered by the surveyor in a phone call at our convenience. Very good value for money and will definitely use again in the future.

I received an email to confirm the booking and a further email when the survey was completed.

I received the report the next day, this was highly detailed and with plenty of photos of all areas of the property, what issues were identified and recommended action, where the survey could not determine something this was clearly noted.
Over all I was very happy with the service and price.

Superb service from James and Jade at Rosewood Surveyors. They were so efficient throughout the process, from arranging the survey, keeping me updated beforehand and providing the detailed, Level 3 report within 24 hours of the survey being done. James was more than happy to discuss the report with me afterwards, and his findings resulted in the seller committing to carry out repairs on the house at their expense prior to completion. We recently arranged a Level 3 survey on a property we were considering purchasing. The thorough assessment uncovered potentially serious structural concerns, which, upon further investigation, were issues the vendor had been previously aware of. Thanks to the detailed insights provided, we were able to make an informed decision and confidently withdraw from the sale, avoiding a significant financial setback.

Really appreciated being able to speak directly to surveyor both before and after survey. All questions I had were quickly resolved and the admin side was efficient and clear. Report was clear with lots of photographic evidence to explain the points made.

Lost me over £20,000 due to their failure to spot a very obvious issue, that any good surveyor should have seen. Later denied it and refused to co-operate.

One surveyor in the entire company whose in his 20's. Do yourself a favour and use a company that knows what they are doing.

EDIT: They will find whatever small print they want, but fact of the matter is, I lost £20,000 because they failed to find an obvious issue. On a phone call after the survey, he rang me and said yep no issues and go ahead with buying the house, now relying on BS smallprints to get him out of trouble. Rookie surveyor, and rookie company, and we will be proceeding with litigation.

It would seem that we don’t recognise home surveyors as a worthy cost its just something you have to do to buy a house, and this may be only one or two times in your life. My wife and I have decided to move as part of our retirement plans, with this in mind I searched the internet for surveyors near the property we hoped to buy. After sending over half a dozen emails for quotes the most competitive of the three returns I received was Rosewood, I complete my diligence looking on the RICs website to confirm James from Rosewood was listed and then followed up with a call. James was very forthcoming and reassured me, I commissioned him to complete a survey on what I hoped was our new home.

Although the online system Rosewood use is a little impersonal, after payment I received various emails from Jade confirming payment and further emails to when they had managed to book the survey in and once complete I received the most comprehensive report of 104 pages detailing everything you could possibly imagine and whilst a negative report on the property this saved tens of thousands of pounds.

Have no fear of booking Rosewood (James and Jade) this is very professional service.
