Very good services and fast providing inspection report

They were very quick to turnaround the survey, was originally a 3 week wait but they had a cancellation so managed to do survey next day and produced report the same evening.

Friendly helpful office staff to help initial arrangements.
Surveyor went out to the property very quickly, was professional at all times during the visit, and produced a very comprehensive level 3 report.

Simple and quick communication with Jade in the office. The surveyor, James, wrote a very detailed report and was happy to answer all our questions afterwards via phone call too. The survey was booked a few weeks after my initial contact, which was due to a mix of the survey team's and our vendors' availability.

Booking in with Jade (quoting, booking in etc) was hassle free. James was great, explained everything and was friendly and approachable before, during and after the survey. . I strongly recommend Rosewoodsurveyors. I recently used their service to conduct a Level 3 Building Survey for a house I am purchasing. James did a thorough inspection of the property, supported by illustrative pictures and measurements. He also arranged a call with me and addressed all the questions/queries I had. During the call, he was generous with his time and expertise advice. The report and his input was helpful in informing my decision.

Great experience with Rosewood Surveyors from the start. Jade was really helpful, well organised and clear with all communication. James did the survey and produced a detailed report and even talked me through the report late in the evening, after work hours. Process was smooth and they produced the report in good time.

Report was well detailed, provided exactly what we were after and very affordable.

First class survey

We had James from Rosewood carry out a Level 3 survey on a property we were about to exchange contracts on. Thank god we did! The report we received was super in depth and we also had a call to talk us through the issues that had shown up (which was included in the fee we paid) and this was extremely helpful as the survey can be a bit overwhelming! Couldn’t recommend James/Rosewood enough, we would 100% use again.

This was my second time having James survey a property for me and I was just as pleased with the detailed report and follow up phone call i received. James/Jade make everything easy and clear to understand. I would recommend James to everyone!
