Special mentions include the proficiency of team members like Amy Meechan and Jimmy Mullen for their roles in successful sales negotiations and keeping clients well-informed. However, coverage limitations could be an issue if you're planning to buy in another area. Overall, a reliable choice for property transactions.

From the very beginning this professional team were involved in our house sale and it was a much easier positive process than we had previously experienced when we sold our first home. They arranged the home report & the photos of the house to be carried out in super quick time. The communication and professionalism from start to finish was incredible, we cannot fault them. Not being from the Fife area we were unsure which estate agents to go with so we asked FB and many people recommended Rosie Fraser real estate. We would definitely recommend their service; in particular the efficiency of communication and incredible sales negotiation from Amy Meechan the office manger was extraordinary. Amy easily kept us updated at all times of the day through WhatsApp which we appreciated and she amazingly secured a price of sale well above home report value. So thanks to Amy and to the whole team! Just sorry they don’t cover the next area we are looking to buy in…

It was 7th May 2024 when I was suppossed to have the viewing agreed by this Estate Agent. She turned up 30 minutes late (but texted 5 minutes after the time that the Gps led her on detour-strange as it never does anybody else). The house valuation was based on "what I have read on the internet and the prices I saw there" and she was not really even interested in seeing the house properly or the area around. She went on that salesman talk about how great this agency is and how successful they are. Bla. bla. bla. Eventually she promised to send her company details and price for photos and listings. It was 7th May 2024. It never arrived. Never received any comms from Rosie Fraser again. Nor anything arrived by email I was ignored. Obviously it will not be an estate agent of my choice.

I can’t say enough great things about Rosie and her team. Living in another country and selling property in Scotland was seamless and smooth thanks to the immediate support and feedback they gave me. I can assure you Rosie is at the top of her game and you can expect a dedicated knowledgeable professional working in your best interests. I would look no further if you are looking to buy or sell property. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience, I’m so glad I used your real estate services.

As soon as I got in touch everything was done quickly from photos being taken to being put on the market. The communication we received throughout was excellent, any information we needed we were provided and any questions we had were answered straight away. Our experience had a lovely personal feel and that was really helpful at what can be a stressful time. Very grateful to the whole team.

Laura came out to do the valuation/photos for my property, explained exactly how the process would work and the timescales. The team kept me updated throughout and were quick to respond to any queries. I had far more viewings in the first week than expected and managed to get under offer (over home report) within 5 days so overall very happy.

Rosie Fraser real estate have been absolutely fantastic from the get go! A very friendly member of the team (Laura) came to the house to speak with me, From then I knew Rosie Fraser was the right choice. The communication has been frequent and the entire team have been on the ball about the next steps.
