I have been trying since Friday to get in touch with a sales representative because I want to buy a car. After eight calls on Friday, I finally got through to someone who promised to call me back on Saturday, as the dealership was about to close.
By Monday, I still hadn’t heard anything – despite five more calls. The receptionist hung up on me several times when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
This is really disappointing service, especially when you’re showing genuine interest in buying a car. I expected far better communication and professionalism from a car dealership.
