I started using the Elite Blue label…
I started using the Elite Blue label whey (batch tested) a couple of weeks ago and have already noticed a huge difference within my recovery after gym sessions. I would recommend ROS products 100% to anyone who likes to recover fast and efficiently after gym sessions to take it, as I feel it has helped me a lot.

I don’t usually like protein but this…
I don’t usually like protein but this one is really nice. Usually I’d struggle to get it into me but the vanilla one I bought from ros nutrition is lovely. I train 5 days a week so take protein a lot. Makes it easier when it tastes nice.
Delivery was so quick and easy. I will definitely be getting my protein from here from now on.
