Having used the services through Simon previously the customer service and advice has been excellent

Over the past few years Simon has supported me and my husband to choose the right product to cover our mortgage and hence protecting our home should anything happen to either of us. Today Simon has help with life insurance. I now feel a sense of calm that all will be okay for our family.

Lucy was very professional, she kept following up on me to ensure I got my Trust Form completed.

Was contacted today by Anthony Coe in regards to purchasing a life insurance policy. The customer service I recieved from him was second to none, a truly nice and genuine man who took me through the whole process and made it so simple to understand and set up. A true asset to Ross and Richardson. I highly recommend the company.

When purchasing life insurance Donna and Sol were amazingly helpful and friendly on the phone . The level of service helped make the whole process of talking through taking out life insurance easy . It was real pleasure to talk to such a great team that takes such a genuine stance on helping people through the process of taking out life insurance, giving peace of mind to my family .
