Delivery all good but I am having…
Delivery all good but I am having terrible trouble sending an item back which is too small. I have sent several emails giving my details and asking for a returns label but I keep receiving the same generic email back asking for the same details. It is so frustrating!
I have now had a full refund.

Arrived safely
The parcel took a while to get here but was delivered safely. However i ordered this dress as the ad said it was part cotton but it's 99% polyester which i would never order. Having said that it is pleasant enough to wear.

Poor quality material
Poor quality material - polyester and it was sold as a cotton mix. Very large too. I shall be returning it. I also don’t intend to order anything else. Very disappointing and the first time I’ve had an experience like this.

I ordered a dress. When it arrived it was huge and floor length (I ordered 12-14 short). It looked nothing like the photos in cheap material. Emailed twice to return and requested a refund, no reply yet. I would advise not to buy from this company

Poor quality, zero customer service
I stupidly bought a swimsuit from an instagram ad. Lesson learned. Poor fit, poor quality. Have been trying to get a response from customer service for a week following the link to their email. Just get same standard generated mess age every time and going round and round in a loop. Don’t buy from this site, you’re just throwing your money away.

I tried to order a swimming costume and…
I tried to order a swimming costume and ended up ordering four. I was charged for 4 and immediately contacted them to cancel the extra three. I got a standard email with no response. I sent another email and was told I could not cancel the order as it had now been sent.i have now received 4 swimming costumes and need to send all back as the sizing is completely incorrect and too big. I have received once again the standard e-mail which does not help in any way.Customer service is appalling so far but perhaps they will honour a full refund and surprise me.
Update -I have given information and a photo of the first contact. There is no order number. Fraud department at bank will be looking into this if no return and refund received promptly. I await a response.
Several emails sent with only one reply - same generic message. In the meantime they send me 2 advert emails every day. Scam operation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE

Ive sent 10 emails asking how to return it...I just get the same generic email..they are obviously waiting for the 30 days to be up so I can't return the dress. Absolutely a scam company...shouldn't be allowed to sell clothes!!! Discusting how they take money off people.
