Ordered 2 bikinis which took nearly a month to arrive. In fairness they are both beautiful colours but unfortunately they do not fit and I have now sent 3 emails over the last week asking for a returns label with no response. There is no phone number to call. I just hope they eventually reply but I have to say this has put me off using this company again. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 dresses and the colours were nothing like on Facebook, they were very bright and I can't wear them. I emailed for the return process as per instructions just to keep getting the same auto response back giving me tracking instructions, and I got the same email 3 times. It's so frustrating and I think this is a complete SCAM company. I've had no communications from any Customer Services, just auto replies.

appalling customer service, I have been emailing now for two weeks following receipt of clothing that is too large. I keep getting an automated response despite sending a snip of the order, order reference et. My order number is m-rosy-1555878 before Rosyday post a reply saying they cannot look into the matter with the review along - m-rosy-1555878 - please refund the money/arrange a return of the goods immediately

Would leave no stars but have to leave 1 to put a review. Tried to contact them about a missing part of my order, they just have a generic response and it’s the same everytime you try to contact them. It’s really difficult to contact a human at this company. I am now £35 out of pocket as only 2 out of 3 items ordered were received. will never use or recommend to anybody ever again. Awful company. Do not buy from here.

Having ordered and received three dresses I decided that they were not suitable for me. The advertisement stated a 90 day hassle free returns system which I tried to access. This was definitely not hassle free but after several attempts I was helped to get a refund to my PayPal account. I was also told to keep the goods! I will now give them to a charity shop. It was a good outcome but took a while to get there.

I had seen many clothing items that looked really nice so I eventually decided to place an order.
The quality of the tops I bought are sub standard, the colours are so different to what is in the pictures and the sizing is not correct.
Then when I tried to return the goods and ask for a refund, I was given the run-around to the point that I eventually gave up.

The 'upselling' process edged the buyer into buying two of the items without realising it had happened until payment was made. Emailed the company asking to cancel the the second item. Ignored until the order was already dispatched. Since then all emails have been ignored, apart from annoying feedback forms asking how they can improve. Still waiting for parcel after nearly a fortnight.

The first items I bought great. The second items order m-rosy-1683871,(31.05.2026) I have sent two emails, with your company not following up. I found the tops rather snug, and asked for a return label, and for a larger size to be sent. As no response I sent a further email, now asking for a return label and a refund. You have now lost a customer, Customer communications appear to be poor.
