Route is the best delivery protection service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had two consecutive issues of damaged delivery of the same product. Throughout both of these, the representative from Route was responsive and prompt. Both situations were handled within the same day and resolved within days. Hard to deal with
All I wanted was a replacement for items that were destroyed when they were finally received. The company I dealt with said it would be easy! Just file a claim. Turns out it isn't so simple! It has to be done within a specific time frame, which I wasn't told about. It's a good thing I save all my emails! because I needed them to prove that I had contacted the company I was working with within the 30 day time frame. Very frustrating. I will never deal with ROUTE again.

Route did make me wait 5 days, but that's fair I just wasn't happy that my package didn't arrive. I was hopeful everyday, but when day 5 came around, and my package still hadn't arrived, I was able to submit my claim. It wasn't difficult, and to my surprise they literally handled everything, and I was notified within 2 hours of a tracking # for my replacement, and for them to stick to their word when it comes to package protection, and to pounce on it as fast as they did I was shocked to say the least, especially for it being a Saturday! The email I received from the support staff agent was kind, and very helpful. I totally didn't expect to communicate with a real person, so that was also amazing! I cant say enough good about Route.
