I had a great experience with Route…

I had a great experience with Route Package Protection. My claim was processed and approved in less than 30 minutes, which honestly exceeded my expectations.

The process was simple, clear, and very efficient. In a situation that could have been stressful, their quick response made everything much easier.

I truly appreciate the speed and professionalism of their service. I would definitely recommend Route Package Protection to anyone looking for peace of mind with their shipments.

Could not be more enthusiastic in my praise!

As I stated before, the service was completely professionally handled without a single reason for me to complain. With so many companies only concerned with their performance before they get their hands on the sale price, it is becoming more and more rare to see a company that believes in the follow up as much as this one does.

Quick and easy help

I had a package get delivered with a bottle of face wash that had totally exploded. The other items in the box were all sticky and gross. I filed my claim with Route, received instant approval and a replacement order was sent out right away without any questions asked. Total game changer.

I'll be adding Route to all of my future orders when I see the option for it!

The costumer service exeeded my…

The costumer service exeeded my expectations. Zach was super efficient, very profesional and friendly. I will definetly continue to use to their products from now on and will definetly be recomending Route to friends and family. Im very greatfull and happy with this experience.

I ordered some wonderful Lego sets from…

I ordered some wonderful Lego sets from Scheels as they have become the best place to buy collectibles if you’re a fan. In the process of delivering the order the boxes and shipping box encountered some damage in route to my house. Route was there to help me get this issue resolved and a replacement order sent to me. It was extremely encouraging having a customer support agent who read and understand the issue. It’s hard to find customer support that is there for buyers these days. So overall I am thrilled to pay a little extra and know I have a company like Route on my side. Ready to help me out.
