Easy ordering process , quick delivery, item as described . I needed to exchange sneakers due to needing a bigger size. The exchange process was quick and very easy . Very delighted with the customer service of this company and the quality of the product .

Love the shoes!! Very comfortable and light weight. I'm happy that I got 2 pairs so that I can wear to the gym and destroy ;)
The other pair are for my weekend strolls.

Really cheap quality. Can barely wear them because the shape is so bad, and they smell strongly of plastic. Shoes are realistically worth no more that $5. Do not waste your money.

I will never order from ROVUX again the fit was not good the materials look very cheap I tried to get my money back was sent an email stating that I can only get the size changed I have lost 128.00 dollars on a product that I am not happy with I wish I had a solution to get my money back!!!

Horrible. DON'T BUY! Not only are they made out of cheap material, they are not as described. They don't offer a refund and they will only send you half your order. WHAT A SCAM.

BEWARE!! Misleading ads
These sites are made in CHINA!! They are stiff and definitely not able to bend in half!! I bought a pair of the “Just so so”!! They have what feels like hard foam soles!!! The last time I bought shoes with soles like this were for $5 at the dollar store…. My first time wearing them, I had to pick the embedded gravel out of them and threw them away!! I am still awaiting customer service to respond!! I now understand that they don’t offer refunds!! Well I don’t want any of their cheap shoes!! The part that really makes me angry is that I was led to believe they were made and shipped from the US as I have had issues with cheaply made shoes from China!! Well they lied!! I can’t believe I spent all that money on TWO pairs of sites based on my conversation with a rep!! Not to mention, there are two other companies selling these exact same shoes!! Shame on this company!!!

I highly recommend buying from ROVUX. The shoes are really comfortable and well put together. My order took 9 days to arrive. However, I ordered the wrong size and after contacting the customer service. They quickly placed a new order for me in size (47)13 in men's two days later.(if you make a mistake with your order Rovux will take carevof you)... new order took only 10 days to arrive. Just in time for my Las Vegas trip.

Very attractive, distinctive and comfortable shoes! Upon delivery I requested an exchange for a size larger and they were right on it with A+ customer support! If your shoe size is in the cracks, I'd recommend one size larger.

Wow I love this brand. They are stylish, comfortable, and made with quality. Best of all, their customer service is amazing - quick to respond and very helpful. I will be back to buy more for sure.

I cant say enough good things about Rovux. They answered every email in a timely manner. The line of communication is what I valued the most, and willingness to help me with my issue. Its hard to build trust when ordering online with fear of being scammed,this company is legit.

ROVUX is a reseller. They Buy cheap goods from Ali express, rebrand them and then sell them as their own. They are not a retailer. They have nothing to do with the design of these shoes. You place your order, they go on Ali express buy the item and have it sent to you. I was scammed by these people ( and it is a scam ) i was stupid enough to believe their marketing material. I paid $125 for a pair of $25 Chinese shoes. Everything on there website is a lie. When challenged with this information they refused to provide a refund.

The Rovux footwear team responded quickly and was highly professional. I am so happy with the customer service they provided. I can’t wait to wear my new shoes!
