I placed an order for the correct size, which was 8.5 women / 7 mens; however, the shoe was too big. I emailed Rovux and explained my problem...They handled everything professionally and with excellent customer service. A smaller size was shipped to me right away with no problems. This was my 2nd time ordering from this company and will order again with NO hesitation. I love my footwear !!!

Don't buy their shoes. The pair I received were the wrong size from what was ordered and the two shoes were in different sizes. They wouldn't exchange them because 10 days had passed since I received them even though they were a Christmas gift and the size differences were caught until after Christmas.All they are interested in is your money, not the customer.

Hello, I want to express my indignation at having been deceived by Rovux's advertising, because the 2 pairs of sneakers I received at home are far from the design and quality shown in the photos on the Rovux website. In short, they are sneakers with low-quality materials, rough seams, poor quality internal and external finish. the total disappointment, when compared to models of first line brands, mainly for the price charged by Rovux. DO NOT BUY AGAIN!

We ordered 3 different styles of shoes in our normal US sizes. However 2 were too small and 1 was too large. I contacted the support team for a size exchange. They were happy to help and even caught a size typo on my end before shipping out the new sizes. They even allowed us to keep the old sizes that didn't fit to make up for the sizing issue. Wonderful customer service and we love the styles we got!

I loved the Rovux sneakers!! They are beautiful and stylish. The customer service is GREAT!!! I got wrong sizes and needed to exchange them, they were soooo helpful and answered my emails right away I am so impressed!

The customer care I experienced with the exchange of a pair of shoes was second to none. There was a small technical communication issue which was resolved by using FB messenger and once sorted my shoe exchange was seamless. I received 2 pairs of athletic shoes for Christmas, and one of the pairs did not fit, as my family purchased it in a size that was too big. I recached out to Customer Service for assistance; however, was informed that they do not accept returns; only exchanges. I was somewhat disappointed initially. But, Rovux stood by their products and offered to replace the pair that was too big with a pair that fits. Great Customer Service by Rovux!

Exchanged with little problems these sneakers are indeed the best most comfortable shoes. Im diabetic and these go well with it.

I was so excited when I received my ROVUX 99Z. They are so beautiful, have a great fit but unfortunately they were a size too big. I followed the instructions online from ROVUX emailing them. They responded within 24 hours and within 3 days a new order for size down was placed to send my way. Great customer service.

Horribly ugly and cheaply made. Paid $80 for shoes and when I received them, they were ugly and didn’t fit. When I asked for a refund they informed me that they don’t accept returns for a refund but they’d exchange the size as they did not fit either. Their return policy is shady and it should be posted more openly that they do not accept any returns for refunds.

Size do run a little big. I’m glad customer service gets back to you really fast! My husband and brother stated that the shoes are all Comfortable.

Very good shoes. I’ve worn them regularly for workouts and casual wear. They look stylish and are well made!

Extremely disappointed. These are literally just china dropship shoes. You can find them on aliexpress for $15-30. Trust your gut

Great quality shoes . Unfortunately I didn’t know a pair I ordered ran small but they are great quality and great shoes . Only downfall is delivery time. But other than that everything is great
