Just amazing. Rovux sets a new standard for customer service. I received the shoes and they were just a bit too small so they sent me a new pair immediately. Now THIS is how it should be done. Good job guys. Love the shoes by the way! Balenciaga who??!!

I got them yesterday and they are nice takes a little longer to get them but it’s worth it.

Responded really fast when I noticed the sneaker was too small.

I already have one pair of trainers that are excellent. I ordered another which were a different range and sadly the sizing was not quite right. I asked for a replacement larger size and the team could not have been more helpful in ensuring a new pair are winging their way to me. Great shoes and great service!

Horrible quality and customer service stay away from these sneakers im mad I had to give one star these sneakers are 20 dollars quality sneakers walmart sells better shoes a complete waste of money and the good reviews are all fake dont buy these shoes

The shoes look great, beyond my expectations, they are well-built and the materials are soft and high quality. Unlike other companies, Rovux was on top of my order all the time, constantly updating me with the status and replying to my emails the same day. You get more than what your bargain for.

This has to be the BEST costumer service EVER! I received my ROVUX Footwear in no time and was super excited about them and even more elated to show them off then I realized that I should’ve ordered a size up! The team at ROVUX Footwear assured me NO worries and shipped me the right size off immediately! The instant communication to my emails and on Instagram were just customer service at it’s best, thank you guys from the beginning to end, this is an experience I’ll never forget ☺️

I love these shoes! They are comfortable and stylish. I get a lot of compliments on them. Also the customer service is excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they corrected MY error at no charge! Great company.

As a big sneakerhead I ordered these sneakers with some trepidation... they arrived, and I was defo pleasantly surprised by the quality and look/feel of the sneaker... Unfortunately, the sizing was correct!! (I am a size 44, and I ordered a size 43 after reading reviews on sizing). I can only think that the sizing has changed from earlier reviews to the present - these are a TTS 43).
I let Rovux know that I had ordered the wrong size for me and that it was my mistake etc

Rovux immediately sent me another size pair of sneakers, which I did not expect as the ordering issue was obviously my fault.

I am amazed by both the quality of the sneakers (for the amount paid) and the service I have received. This is what drop-shipping stores should be about; sourcing high-quality goods, getting excited at their 'find', delivering on the promise of the quality of the goods, an offering great after-sales service - highly highly highly recommended.
