I had Problems selecting my shoe number. I consider that is necessary a table illustrated, or an automatic program that ask for the large foot and select automatically the shoe number.

Incredibly satisfactory resolution! I had a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit right. The Rovux Team offered to replace the pair with a different pair and didn't force me to go through the rigmarole of a return process. A+

I would suggest ordering a half size larger. They were very kind to exchange my pair for a larger size at no additional charges. Quality shoes !

Customer service is amazing, they helped me when I needed to get a different size shoe. They responded right away & the shipping is legit between 12-20 days. Overall I had a great experience with Rovux and the shoes are amazing!

I received my shoes today...to say that they didn't fit would be an understatement. I emailed to ask how to make a return/exchange and I included a photo of my feet next to the shoe for reference. I had an email reply in under 30 minutes, asking a few easy questions. Again in just a few minutes they had resolved the problem, and they are sending me a new pair! I can think of several companies that should take notes from ROVUX and their exceptional customer service professionals.

Are the shoes comfortable? Definitely! Quality of the shoes? Great! Customer support? AMAZING BEYOND AMAZING! I don't know if luck was on my side when I emailed them but it almost seems like they're available 24/7 and they helped solve my problems with ease. I can definitely see success from this business and I will surely tell my friends and family about this company.

I ordered the shoes which came in too large. Rovux changed the size for me but not the color. I don't understand why the color couldn't be exchanged? I was disappointed that they wouldn't exchange the color. Sometimes online the color isn't truly displayed for us until we get them in person. When they arrive its somewhat different. To make the customer totally happy, they should not only exchange size but color as well!! But good prices and quality.

Ordered a pair of shoes, they delivered way faster than stated which was awesome. However, they were too big so I requested for an exchange , and they did it for me quickly over email and sent out the next pair right away!
