Amazing customer service
When my bag arrived, it was beautiful- a gift for my daughter’s birthday. I discovered a couple of days later that she had a bag that was the same colour. I phoned Rowdy bags and the lovely Rory answered. I explained my dilemma and he immediately sent me a return label and said he would choose a dark cedar instead. What fantastic customer service!!!

Lovely soft leather travel pouch
Lovely soft leather travel pouch. Just perfect for holidays to hold passport, tickets etc and it will still have room left for more bits and bobs. Exactly as described. Took about 10 days for delivery but this was expected having read other reviews before placing my order. Love the ethics of the company too. Thank you.
