Feel like I might have been duped…
In response to Rowdy Bags’ comment: I can see you have now added a photo of the inside of the bag. This was not there earlier on today. I triple checked before I left my review. But it’s great that you have now; people can decide whether to spend that amount on what ends up looking like an unfinished product. Such a shame- the external of the bag is really nice. Thanks for replying anyway- I was very much hoping the ethics you claim were genuine.
Feel like I might have been duped…
Ordered a Cedar Bum Bag. It was on offer but still almost £100. When it arrived, it fell well short of the quality you’d expect for that price tag. The bag isn’t even lined, making it look cheap and very tatty when you open it up.
I emailed Rowdy Bags and was told that the bag was advertised on their website as being unlined- it isn’t. I could return it, of course, but at my own cost.
I don’t understand how so many people rate the quality of Rowdy Bags as this high when the product I received was so poor. It makes me suspect this company isn’t what it appears to be and these reviews are not all genuine.
I very much try to support small businesses and community initiatives, but I don’t like being ripped off, which is why I’ve taken the time to leave a review.

Rowdy is an excellent company to buy from. They make beautifully made, useable, high quality leather handbags at an affordable price. Had one for a number of years now and loved it. So happy to see that they can be purchased in England, so have bought another one. Would highly recommend this company.

Wonderful mountain tote bag ❤️
I ordered a small tote bag in Mountain, and oh my goodness the fireworks went off when it arrived! What a wonderful bag, simple, but it does the job fabulously! Glorious soft but substantial leather, will last and last, perfect size just big enough, will love this one for a loooong time

Mountain Crossbody Bag
I ordered a Mountain Crossbody Bag for my partner for our anniversary. The bag was delayed but Rory sent a complimentary bag to make sure Sue got something on the day. The bag arrived this morning and Sue is absolutely stoked with it. Quality is superb and Rory made huge effort to get to Sue. I would definitely recommend Rowdy Bags and Rory to anyone after good quality leather bags. Craftsmanship at its best. Huge kudos to Rory. James Bell
