No care for the customer

I bought a Royal Padel racket through Everything Padel and within 4 months the racket started falling apart. Pictures were sent off to your company but you were not willing to offer a refund.
Considering how expensive the racket was and it's claims of helping with tennis elbow (has actually made it worse), I find this really unacceptable.
I lodged a formal complaint but you have refused to give me a refund and instead offered 30% off buying another very expensive racket from you which I don't want to do.
I don't feel you have listened to me at all and are taking advantage of the popularity of Padel so I am just another number not a customer.
